Not worth the money

The BT range sucks, static calls with the phone in my hand or in my pocket. The new button layout sucks and are hard to reach. I returned it and will be waiting for the Airpods. For the price, I would go with Bose Wired and just deal with the inconvenience of a cord.

Everyone that I talk to have difficulty hearing me. My sole purpose for a headset was talking...it's great if you only care about music...going to return for a basic Bluetooth that allow others to hear me clearly

Not as good as it predecessor

The store personnel told me that this item was the next generation of the Infinum and that the quality was superb -- THEY WERE VERY WRONG. The sound quality incoming and outgoing is not great and there is feedback.

Low volume no bass

Dont waist your money! also if you have background noise while on the phone it cuts in and out! Like my older set better.
