This product is average. The speaker/sound quality is not too good and the bluetooth is horrible when connecting to samsung S4 & S8 phones.

Unfortunately I wanted to enjoy these headphones but it wouldn't pair well with my iPhone. It would pair with other devices with ease. Ended up having to return it.

Dont sweet with them on because when you make phone calls no one can here you and i live in Las Vegas and you sweet just walking out side dont waste your money

The music sound quality is not so great...wish I could exchange this particular model. I have purchased LG headphones in the past and this model is the worst.

Simply put, they could be nice only if LG would have extended the wire to the ears. The issue is LG extended the length of the neck band but not making sure that the earbud wires are not long enough to account for the extra length. If you look left are right the wires are will pull up the neck band or the buds will pop out of the ear. Not worth it and taking them back. I am officially not using LG headsets anymore. The break easy and don't last for the price you pay.

I bought theses after already owning the last 3 gens. I use them when I ride my motorcycle only. And they work great

For the price and being this is LG's elite headphone, very little bass. My 12 year old daughter even said as much.

Sounds good the only issue i have is the mic the location is not good when i am working out and sweat it gets on the mic and im afraid it will get damagef

It started messing up after 30 days of use, for no reason. Luckily I have 45 day return policy through Best Buy. Returned them for a different model.

After one month of use it began to have static to the point the person you're talking with is unable to hear you. And now unable to return.

The headset looks really nice but for the price I'm not satisfied with the low sound quality. Another thing about the headset is don't go buying them thinking you're going to use for workouts, the earbuds will not stay in your ear. I have a hard time keeping the earbuds in my ear during causal walks and yes I have used all size earbuds, they just slide out too easily. Overpriced item that I kind of regret buying but I was in need of a hands free device.

Love the sound, option, looks. The thing I don't like is that LG changed the ends that attached to the plastic tips. They went with a smaller speaker and therefore my other ear tips used on previous LG HBS styles headphones are no longer usable. With that being said, using the largest ear buds they are still to small and keep falling out of my ears...

This was a really cool idea by design intentions as is comfortable enough, compact enough and even rather cool in it's ergonomic feel and looks. Unfortunately I have nothing but trouble trying to keep it just staying connected to my Galaxy 7 which I purchased the same day. My older single ear Plantronics is FAR better as just staying connected!

the quality of sound is not good, and the cable is really thin that I think I can break it next time, So I returned this one.

Bought these after my dog chewed on my other LG headset. I went back to Best Buy to use the warranty on it and saw they had a better headset for a small price increase.. These are even better and I love he color. My teenage sons want to use them all the time..

The audio was rather tinny. I called multiple people and they all said the same thing. Tinny audio. Sadly, I returned it.

After 3 days one of the ear buds stop working. I never got a chance to enjoy. For the price that I paid this is b.s.
