I had the original LG earbuds and the last 950's. These are hands down the best! They have a very durable feel to them and a high quality sound. The retractable cords feel much strong then previous model.

Great product although long term use the retracktible guides start to fail.

These seem like really good headphones, but they only work for about 3 months and then fail. Trying to get them repaired thru LG is the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. If you still think these would be a good choice, make sure you buy the extra coverage, at least then you might be able to get them fixed.

These really do sound awesome. But they'll sound like junk if you don't push the buds as far as they'll go in your ear. I was about to return them and write another trashy review, but then realized I didn't have them all the way in. Then the bass came alive! I have had zero connectivity issues with my iPhone. Phone calls sound great (both ways). The only thing I'm concerned with is the retractable cables seem really thin and flimsy and that makes me nervous. I sprang for the geek squad warranty because I won't be surprised if they break.

I have owned serveral models of the LG Tone serious each lasting less then two years. I cannot complain about the previous models and i will not complaint about the HBS 1100 they are great. Sounds amazing, looking forward getting good use out of then.

i have buy almost every model of L.G. Wireless headphones. This last product HBS 1100 IS the worst ever seen in my life. should be its original price 10 dollars only.. very poor voice phone quality as well as music..it looks like 10 dollars cheap headset.. may be other brand's cheap headsets are more good than this.. L.G. has registered the patent of behind neck, but they are not obtaining the advantages of it.. HBS 910 was good ,but there is not a single piece in any other store. i have back my 910 and buy this1100 .. i feel stupid

Sound quality is rather poor. I bought these for use with my cell phone. Clarity is rather poor in these. The quality is average. But expected better for the price. They are comfortable to wear, and easy to use tho. I have tried many different headsets. I find blue parrot to be one of the best, but nothing is better than my Bose earbuds with the built in microphone. The cord is a pain but I never miss a word said with them.

I've had these for 6 months and they just died on me. When they're fully charged I'll get maybe 30 minutes of use out of them and then the volume will drop drastically to a whisper in both ear buds. For the price, these should last years, so 6 months just doesn't cut it. This is my 2nd pair of high end LG Tones but I'll have to look elsewhere now.

The LG headset is awesome. I love the sound and the design of the headset. I like it so much I have purchased 3 headsets for friends as gifts.

I've been using the LG HBS750 for years and thought I would upgrade to the new LG HBS1100. Huge mistake...if you intend to use this as anything other than for music. Every caller tells me that they can't hear me during a phone call. No issues or complaints when I used the HBS750. For a $200 Bluetooth headset you would think that the performance would be improved over the earlier versions. It is fine for listening to music but that is not what I purchased this for.

Don't get me wrong I love the LG tones and have had so many set of the from day one, to the point where I would just give them away to close friends and family who asked how did I like them. But this pair and the one below it have to be some of the worst tones I have ever had when it came to staying connected to my phone. When its any other place then my shirt pocket it works perfectly and sounds amazing but as soon as I put it any other place it just gives up and buzz and trying to connect.

Wireless earphones was researched and decided upon the LG HBS1100. After 8 months of use returned defective product to LG for replacement under warranty. Replacement unit failed after three months. LG would not honor warranty from receipt of the new replacement. Now left with expensive piece of trash.

i have buy every bluetooth of L.G. But this platinum has disappointed me. i used 910 model. and it was the best. i give back and buy platinum and i was surprised even a new model and why this is as poor as another . .i dont understand why L.G. has stopped selling of 910. yhis platinum product is not worth a 10 dollars more. now i will never buy L.G. bluetooth speakers

when i first got it, i was delighfully surprised at the improvement in sound over the previous versions. One day i was walking and the headset wouldn't responld to the on/off switch. So i disconnected it from the phone and cfharged it. Now, after 4 weeks, it no longer charges. i'm contacting the vendor regarding the issue. Seems like none of these LG bluetooth headsets, besides the sport, are good with perspiration

Tried 3 sets. Refurbished and 2 new. All were the same.

My new Very expenses LG platinum Bluetooth headset Stop working after two months. The audio quality of this very expensive device is less than marginal. Now I have to take time to fill out paperwork and send it back to LG for replacement.

If you buy these they will break as seen in other reviews. The warranty says they will not fix it if it has physical damage. I don't know if the best buy warranty will cover it. Contacting LG for a straight answer was a joke.

This may be one of the best wireless headset around!!!

Works when it wants too. Kept losing sync even few feet away annoying
