Only last for a few days and suddenly stop working.

Product is too big and bulky Don't use them alot.

Only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ear piece is really big so it kinda sticks out your ear but other than that the sound and quality is great

I would have given them a higher rating, but have started having issues after a few months. First of all, the sound is good and the battery life is great. Mine are a few months old and intermittently the change track slide switch does nothing. A work around seems to be turn off then on again. Also, while working out I am getting an occasional voice prompt saying the Bluetooth source is out of range. The iPhone I am paired with is less than 2 feet away! However, the music keeps playing, doesn't even cut out. Just some strange behavior.

I've owned two prior models of the LG Tone headsets (HBS-750 and HBS-730). Compared to those, the earbuds on the HBS-780 are a *very large* step-down in comfort and usability. They are difficult to fit in my ears, not comfortable to wear for any period of time, and they are prone to falling out of my ears (something that almost never happened with previous models. Also, the sliders for volume and track skip/reverse are somewhat less convenient than the discreet buttons on previous models. Specifically for the earbuds, I am having the following issues: The base of each earbud is a relatively long, wide cylinder which puts a fair amount of pressure on the parts of my outer ear near the ear canal (tragus and antitragus) when worn. The rear of each earbud is a semi-rectangular block that also puts some uncomfortable pressure against the helix of my ear. The length of the cylinder and size of the block also put the center of gravity of the earbud a fair distance away from the ear, which makes the earbud tend to pull away and fall out. For comparison, the previous models' earbuds had a relatively small contoured base that didn't exert any noticeable pressure anywhere on my ear. They were comfortable to wear for very long periods of time (i.e. multiple hours), and I never experienced an earbud falling out of my ear under its own weight. Aside from these issues, this product sounds good and seems to maintain a Bluetooth connection over a good distance. However, the above issues with the earbuds are deal-breakers for me. I cannot recommend this product. I will be looking into Best Buy's return policy for this headset.

These are not the best headpones. The volume is average, they don't fit and I've been having to replace them about every two months or so because of a mechanical failure. I've gotten used to them vibrating when I forget my phone tho and im not sure if other headphones do the same. Also the price point is just right.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am either extremely impressed or extremely disappointed. This is NOT an impressed review. I bought my first pair two months ago. Overall, the range was not that great, but it was not all bad either. If you were in an open room with no other kind of interference, you could possibly get about 20'. However, if there was a wall somewhere in between, forget it. You MIGHT get 10'. If there was a "warm body" (or even part of a warm body) between the phone and the earbuds, you could also forget about reception...this included an arm or a gut. (If I had my phone in my pocket and crossed either one of my arms across my chest or stomach, I got the annoying "Out of range. Trying to connect." message.) This frustrated me, but I put up with it. However, after only about three weeks of use at work, I noticed greatly diminished sound/volume (phone calls, music/audio books) in the left earbud to the point I had to have the volume on my phone maxed as well as the separate volume control on he earbuds maxed just to barely be able to hear the audio. Because of my work setting, I typically only use one earbud, so I could have just switched ears, but I figured I must have just purchased "the rotten apple in the bushel." So, I returned them to Best Buy where the folks who helped me were absolutely wonderful, and purchased another pair of them. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that the range impairments were not limited to the first pair. Then, again, after only about two weeks, the volume in the left earbud became severely diminished in the left ear. I carefully performed a thorough cleaning the earbud to ensure there was no wax buildup instead of the usual wipe down every couple of days, but that did not help. So I switched to the right ear. After about two weeks using it, the volume in it became so diminished I could no longer hear it. Needless to say, I returned them tonight and went with a different brand. As I talked to the sales people about the different brands of Bluetooth earbuds, they said they have heard a lot of negative feedback on these.

Connects to phone fast, Tested music by Kenny G and Barry White. I was amazed on how well they sounded. The price was well worth it. Buy this item if you want a good headphones that won't hurt your wallet. The only thing I 1st noticed is how then the wires are from the base to the earbuds.

As some other reviewers have noted, the earbuds on these are quite large (even with the "small" included earpieces). My previous LG was comfortable enough to wear for hours on end, but on this one the earbuds are way too big to fit comfortably in my ears so only usable for short-term use. It's a good headphone otherwise, but women or anyone else with smaller ears might want to consider something else

The headphones don't really have nice sound. The square ends make them kind of clunky in your ear. I returned mine with in a few days. But LG is still the way to go in my opinion for a nice set of on the go head phones. i have had some in the past but this particulate one just didn't suet me

Sound great, design ok. Only disappointment is the magnets

I bought these for my wife for her birthday but she didn't like them. So I kept them. They fit very good and and sound very good I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I just bought these yesterday and I really like them so far, the price was great and I enjoy them, they blip from time to time but not often at all I think that just might be Bluetooth connection. Overall I like them and hopefully they will withstand everything I do.

The sound quality was good. But 1 side went out after 6 months. Luckily I purchased a two year plan and they replaced them on the spot. aALWAYS PURCHASE A PLAN!!!

great sound qaulity these blow me away i cant belive how good they are

I loved these when they work. Great sound quality and good connection even when phone is far away. However, one side of them (the right) has stopped working twice in 7 months. I sent them to LG for warranty repair once and now I am on the website filling out another warranty claim for the same thing. I wish I could just return these and get another brand.

My friend gave me a pair for my birthday in June. I had only used it a few times and the left ear volume started to fade. I went in and exchange for another pair and used it three times and the same issue. Taking them back in to exchange for another brand. I have read other reviews with people having the same issue.

I have had the lg tone pro around 8 months, no one could understand me in a car if the air conditioner was on even in the low position. Now the volume in the right earbud is so low you cant hear it. Needs better noise cancellation and better ear buds

The headphones get really quiet and cn barely hear out of them to the point where i doubt they work anymore, have had 2 pairs of them and they've both gotten so quiet past the point of even using them.

They look great, but I prefer the magnetic ear buds, I use these for work and I constantly have to take them off and they are difficult to place in the holes. It's easier to use the retractable buds or magnetic buds I don't like to have to look at where I am inserting the ear buds.
