I needed these for work to block out the conversations and noise of surrounds co-workers. I now listen to good music as I work. It helps to keep me focused and more productive because of the focus I get by the use of my new head set. I did recommend to one of my co-workers and she now has and uses a set also.

I really like this headset and the sound quality it really good. I bought it in July 2017 and up until now I've been very happy with my purchase. Now, after only 4 months in use, the left earbud went out and it's really annoying trying to listen to music with only one side working. LG always provides such reliable products, it's hard to believe this happened.

Bluetooth headset can be two feet away from phone and drop connection than reconnect. Sometimes it happens more than twice in a row. Happens with pixel2xl or Galaxy s8. Audio is clear. Phone calls sound good. Wish magnet was stronger to hold buds in place. They tend to pop out easily.

Works ok The sounds need to be louder U can hear the music good but not when u are talking to someone

Great sound quality and great control. I can mess with my music without even picking up my phone.

For the longest time I had grown accustomed to the ear buds, after getting the iPhone 7 I had to adjust. The LG Bluetooth headset was a great investment. I use it all the time and for various activities from bike rides to mowing the lawn. At one point I had to buy my daughter one as she kept snagging mine.

Great set of headphones. Good quality, they charge fast and are very convenient . Really enjoy them.

Been pleased with ease of use and connectivity. My only complaint would be the limited bass response.

I had to replace my Bluetooth headset because it was not compatible with my new iPhone 7. I looked at several models and the LG had the features that I wanted. I'm able to take phone calls and the music picks up where it left off after the call is over. The sound quality is excellent. Good choice!

This is a easy device to use hands free, calling texting or sending email, has good quality sound.

These headsets are very clear sounding when listening to music or taking phone calls. The person on the receiving end hears you perfectly and although they hang around your neck they tend to muffle sound around you when on a phone call. I liked them so much I bought a second set for my son.

Great price but earbuds wouldn't stay in my ears but maybe good for someone else.

My husband bought this for my birthday.First time I've ever had bluetooth.The sound is good.

The only problem I’ve experienced is the ear bud falling out of its holder from time to time.

My husband has loved this product. It has great sound. The retractable plugs are very convenient and don't get tangled up. It also suits his mobility; he takes them everywhere he goes. They are have been very durable. We are well pleased with this product.

Picked up this headset on sale and it has good audio quality, Noise canceling could be better.
