Great headset for calls, very durable and easy to set up

I purchased the Samsung level before purchasing these headphones and I must say they are so much better. The design holds around my neck really well and although it is s not the active pair they work extremely well with running

I really love this product. Most products fall out of my ears and become an annoyance. This product is works perfectly for me. It is very clear, offers me the freedom and confidence with hands-free driving for safety and privacy.

This was great for the first four months or so; though it touted that it had strong magnets to keep the earbuds tucked away, it definitely wasn’t the case. They would flop out and get caught in my crossbody purse strap, or scarf. The plastic pieces that kept the VERY thin wires in check broke, and I was forgot put small black rubber bands on them. I knew eventually the wires would break, and I would be listening out of one ear...which is what happened a few days ago! These types of head phones are too much for what they’re worth! Make the wires thicker if anything! The last pair of LGs were thicker, why not let it stay this way??? Wish I could get my money back, but it’s been several months ago since I bought them...

Great sound. Good comfort. Love that buds go inside.

Really nice device and it seems to hold up well. I recommend getting the service warranty, as the wires to the ear buds can be ripped or snagged if you are not careful. Definitely would recommend this device for purchase.

Easy to wear, doesn't move as much around the neck

I originally bought this headset at Verizon for using with my Samsung S 7 cell phone, but I went to Best Buy and it was about $15 cheaper. So I bought it at Best Buy and returned the one from from Verizon. I don't use it very often, but so far it's a good headset. I should use it more so I could get used to where the buttons are.

I like these headphones. They're comfortable around the neck and in my ears. The downside is that they aren't very durable. I most often put the ear bud in my right ear when I make phone calls and the sound on that side is all but absent now. The price point makes these an OK value...these are not a long term product, though

This is my third set of this bluetooth. Never fails.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. She loves them! She really likes how comfortable they are. She doesn’t like a lot of headphones because they bother her ears. She has also commented on how great they sound.

I loved these headphones and I wished they still made some around the same price point and able to have the 2year protection warranty added to them. I was told they discontinued putting replacement plans on these as maybe they were breaking / going bad.
