I like the wireless feature and walking around without cords. Volume control is nice. Money well spent.

Bought this for my boyfriend. He likes the retractable ear buds, but sometimes the conversion cuts off.

I found that once I entered Best Buy all of my cares had melted away they helps me with their Geek Squad they help me find a new Bluetooth and they always replace the one that I purchased if it messes up under the warranty and so I really appreciate Best Buy for their excellent customer care

Good headphones, for the price. Sound quality is not great but for the price I paid they work just fine.

I have had three LG Tones over the years. This one you can turn up the volume more to hear than the last one. But no one can hear me, it picks up every little noise in the truck and covers my voice. The first one I owned I could drive with the window down and it worked perfect.

I like it, everything works as plan for the moment, the earplugs are a little bulky in the ear though

It is probably OK for someone who has excellent hearing but ear bud volume not loud enough for me. I was looking to replace my Motorola headset which stays attached; this one had magnetic ear buds that were quite annoying to me.

I’ve always enjoyed LG headphones. I was able to grab a new pair when the old ones had a shortage.

For the first 2 weeks, this headset was great! Amazing tone, call quality and very lightweight. Then I encountered a problem with them one day. The volume of the ear buds because very quiet, even when I had the volume cranked on the headset, and the phone it was connected to. I can tell something is also wrong when I power it on, and I can BARELY hear the audible voice commands that are supposed to announce such things like pairing to a device and battery life. I think mine might be defective, or the speakers are just cheap and aren't made to last. I haven't used it since because the volume quality has degraded so badly. Since it is past the in-store return, I will have to contact LG about this matter. I would avoid this model and spend the extra $ on a Bose headpiece.

Purchased as a gift but was told it was good for what they use it for, hands free phone and workouts.

I work in construction and the headset is always with me. It keeps my hands free to keep working.

The first time I used this headset it seemed to work flawlessly and spectacularly! The second time I used it I had to end up taking it off because everyone I spoke to using it said that the audio was barely intelligible due to noise, etc. I use It on longer car trips, so for now the jury is still out until I can try it out for a third time ...
