It's hard to hear outside noises while driving. The ear pieces don't stay in the head set when not in use. I can't figure out where the microphone is and it's hard for the other person to hear me.

I can't hear if I'm driving with my windows cracked. Also, this headset constantly disconnects and hang up calls on it's on. Not sure if I will purchase again once these go out.

Best thing since sliced bread

I really like the option to use the magnets and keep the ear buds inside instead of hanging down where they get hung on things. I gave a pair as a gift this year.
