It works great I can use my phone while driving and not have let go of the wheel

Design is better than the last one. Sound isn't great but good for the price.

I always had wireless headphones, bulky with noice cancellation. I wanted a secondary headphone that I can use when I am mobile. This fits on my budget and I love it so far. One complaint though, buttons are hard to use, they don't work well with iPhones.

Nice for hands free access. I have gotten spoiled with the tones

Bought this for my dad and he seems to be pleased with it. No complaints so far.

I bought this to wear at work because I didn't want one of the earbuds dangling. I transferred to a new, more physical position and the exposed wires proved too delicate. I experienced crackling pretty early on. While I replaced this headset, I did upgrade in the same product line but got the retractable wires.

When product works they have good sound & volume control. Have had about 10 pair in last year, when purchased original pair they worked great, but all the new ones are not even close. Just make sure you buy protection plan because you will need it.

Compared to previous headphones I've purchased, I just did not like these.

This is my replacement it works good my other pair was a older model and lasted just about 2 years. If you find that the ear pieces are 2 big there are smaller ones in the box its a matter of swapping them out .These have 2 mics which is a lot better..

They cut out when I'm in the bathroom and cut out sometimes when I go outside

This headset does the job. I can use them at work at home or on the go.

I have had the lg tonepro since they came out and i love them. The fancier and more expensive models seem to have more problems then what they are worth. This models actually has the ear piece going in which protects the rubber ear bud feom falling out or off.

I use these for listening to audiobooks. I have a hearing aid in one ear so this allows me to put in just one and not lose certain features of this item. Only complaint I have is I had to purchase another one about 4 months in due to no audio coming out of the left side.

I like the way they stay connected to my phone when I am in the next room.

I loved this headset when it was working. 10 months later the left side stopped working. I purchased the same pair for my daughter and hers broke a few month ago and my nieces broke within a year. Best buy doesn't warranty them anymore but LG was kind enough to honor the 1 year warranty.

Protection plan makes it worth purchasing!! Don’t purchase without it
