    Love the Bluetooth headset ... I got another one in place of the one I had bought before because one of the ear buds wasn't working ... they swapped it out for me and was very helpful .... everyone was very nice ... thank you !!

    Rated as a 3 because these are my third pair of same brand. I was using them for the gym and to talk with. The previous two pair had shortages in one ear in less than 6 months. I’m only using this pair to talk and most calls are ok. I’ve had these for maybe 2 months.
