I needed a handsfree phone headset that was easy for me to use. As a realtor I need it while driving, on the computer, and with clients.

Bought as a gift for another family member who struggles listening to the tv while others are in the same room. Best investment ever!!

I am disappointed in the quality of the clarity. I am also disappointed in the fact that incoming text message notifications are not audible when the Tone Pro is turned on.

I’ll be honest, I loved these headphones at first but as time goes on and they get a little more wear and tear I find they start to feel cumbersome.

There are very nice, fit great inside ear! Not a fan of the magnets though. You have to punch them up to connect unlike the old ones.

I bought these due to the hardware in my neck so I can be hands free and still talk on the phone to whomever without hurting my neck.

I am using it only at the work. When I making and receiving calls, sound quality is good enough.

I work in the heat a lot and these headphones have withstood the sweat and everyday use magnificently. Would definitely purchase again

This new version of LG headsets are more durable but have connectivity issues. I can't have a normal conversation on my phone without getting cut off from time to time.

Bought these for my husband,as he works outside & he loves them because he doesnt have to deal with cords tangling up

I returned this headset due to the flimsy ear pieces (no matter what size I tried) constantly falling out of my ears and the very average sound quality for music.

I am an avid LG headphone user. These just did not do the job as well as previous sets. There is no noise cancellation & the cords to the buds are non retractable.

I've had my headphones for 2 years now and they still are working? I'll buy them for any family members as a gift!

Love the headphones. Great volume control, Clear conversation, No static when on a call, Easy button controls and Good price.

This ia a good earbud for adults who take care of their stuff, but for teenagers which don't care that much make sure to get a 2 year additional warranty on it

Louder than some of the higher end ones. The wires are a bit different than the normal ones that pull out but still work great.

LG has always created great products. This headset is outstanding, it has many more functions than the previous models I've owned.

Product works well however I've found that it cuts out at times if for example you raise your arms as I stretch during running other than that they work quite well.
