I've had multiple pairs and one bud always go out.

Not bad product just goes out in about 2-3 months.

After a few months of use, no sound from headset..

Purchased this as I left my GOOD headphones at the Deer Lease. The ear pieces do not stay in the headset as the magnets do not work properly. Also the wires are not retractable and bothersome.

These things feel like someone is sticking a foot in your ear. VERY uncomfortable. The neck or shoulder part is not sturdy enough so if you are wearing them while trying to do situps then they will fall off. They only stay on if you are sitting upright. The wires to the speakers are extremely thin and although I have not broken either one of those wires I often feel like it will be easy to do. I had a cheap set of Motorola Earbuds that were better all-around than these. I do not recommend this LG headset at all, even if they were $10...too big for your ears..

These were the replacements for my old 750's that I lost. I should have searched harder for them. These worked great for about a month and then the sound would not play loud at all. I tried everything, including pairing them with a different phone to rule out any issues with my phone. These headphones began to just randomly disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes I would be working with the phone right next to me and listening to music or watching a video and they would disconnect. I ended up buying a cheap knockoff pair after attempting to submit a support ticket with LG and finding out that they don't even have an option for these in their online support form. What a waste of time and money.

The volume level was very low I turned up the volume level to high and the volume was still very low. When I returned the earphones the sale's rep said that this is a common problem with this brand.

I purchased this item last month and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Useless earpieces volume calling out or receiving calls horrible.

Seemed to work for me. I could hear the person calling me clearly however the persons I was talking to said that it would cut out or get very soft like I was too far away from the mic. After a week, I returned them and bought a Jabra headset.

I had to replace these three times before the one year warranty ran out; and then the day after the one year warranty ran out, they broke again. I’m not hard on electronics at all and attempted to get these Bluetooth earbuds instead of using my Bose wired earbuds. Needless to say, each pair had electrical shortages in them. Waste of money, don’t purchase. Not to mention, the support I received from LG was less than spectacular. My friend also purchased another LG pair and had the exact same issues.

Earbuds are good but the wiring doesn’t stand up to everyday use and then sound doesn’t work in one of the earbuds. Sits in drawer collecting dust.

I brought the pro version thinking that it would be better than the basic pair. That was not the case. I used these bluetooth earphones everyday for about 8 hours each day. After about a month of constant use, one of the earpiece would not play sound, and the sound would go in and out as if it was they were shorting out. If you get these, I definitely recommend buying the service plan with them. Every time I had a problem with the sound or volume buttons not working, I would just return them for another pair.

I returned a headset because of the static and clicking noises coming out of the earbuds and got this new one had to pay the different because this one was more expensive and this one started doing the same thing the same day

I really wanted to like these... But the housing for the actual buds is uncomfortable. The plastic bud housing is just too big and isn't comfortable in the ear for more than 2 minutes. The old 750s are way better.

I purchased these headphones very beginning of April 2017 and now at end of June 2017 the right earbud does not work. I'm glad I bought the protection plan and got a new pair but I can't believe they broke so fast.

I was unhappy with the cord management, returned for retractable cord unit. sound ok & has incoming call vibrate option
