My wife had her old lg tone for years and they sounded good untill the end. These new ones it's very hard to hear her on phone calls unless she holds the buds a certain way. Not happy with purchase.

I'm not too happy with these set of earphones. I'm not sure why they made them so bulgy. I'm having an issue constantly charging them, maybe I have a defected set. But, I would still recommend them.

Reception when talking on your phone was good on other end , but tinny on headset. Poor speaker quality. Prompts were good, easy to use. Wouldn't buy this again. Insignia brand much better sound quality.

Headphones worked great at first but stopped after a few months. The headphones stopped working in one ear and then neither would work unless you held them in an unrealistic position

I was very disappointed in the sound quality of this project. The generation before was actually better. I do not recommend this headphone

They worked well in the beginning. After a few months, there was a shortage in the ear pieces. I returned them. If you purchase be sure to get the extended warranty.

I am on my third LG Tone Pro and I am still having issues. This is such a disappointment. The wires are very brittle and the sound quality is terrible. I would not recommend!

I had a pair of LG tone prior to this purchase that I bought from T-mobile and they stopped working, first the left ear then later on the right. Bought these Tone Pro HBS-780 on May 31, 2017 and today is 10/10/2017 but they stopped working 2 weeks ago. First the left ear went out about a month and a half ago and then the right ear. Its only been less than 5 months and money is wasted. Not to mention the bud never stays in the socket when not in use they constantly fall out. I'm disappointed that I wasted my money on these.

The sound quality is muffled. The magnet does not keep the ear buds in place. They keep falling out. Not a good LG product. For the quality the price should be less than $30.

These headphones constantly disconnected from my phone and would die very quickly. Not very reliable either, one of the ear pieces broke within the first week of owning them.

I was hoping for a better product from LG. Sometimes there is a lot of static in the ear pieces during a conversation. There are better ones on the market for the same price

LG use to have better quality headphones a couple of years ago but lately my headphones have not been lasting one full year. Quality has went downhill.

Not sure is would recommend this bluetooth headset. The only device it will connect with is a my cell phone. It won't work with any of my other items with bluetooth.

This isn't the 1st pair of LG headphones but i did notice that they both have poor reception, my calls will sometimes sound muffled or sometimes I can't hear anything.

I have purchased 10 different LG Tones and none of them have lasted. I love the style and the ease of setting them up but the warranty is terrible!!

Poor sound quality! Had better knock odds sound better. Inconvenient ear buds, smallest size is still too large for ears.

I bought this item and the sound quality was not good. Everyone I would call said I sounded like I was under water.

I returned this item. I couldn’t hear the other person clearly. The only thing is good for is listing to music.

Not enough bass and they disconnect at about 15 feet from phone. I used them on an S5 and an s7 and people kept telling me I sounded like I was under water.
