    I will never buy this item again. When I first bought this item, it was great! The first one I bought, the right side speaker or ear bud went out within two to three months. I bought a second one and the same thing happened again. Both times, the return date had expired. Stupid me for giving it a second chance which was a waste of my money. I'm still mad.

    I’ve had this item for 4 months and have had to replaced it five times because the speaker cover inside the ear bud keeps falling out.

    It was a horrible head phone ever I seen. It's disconnected frequently while you are using it. It's range is too poor even it's not get connected within a 5 feet distance when it is a fully charged. and there is a lot of disturbance during the call. And unfortunately when I am trying to replace it then I got a very very bad experience with the customer care officer and the manager as well they are so rude in a Best Buy, Alexandria, VA.

    Had to return it as there were frequent connectivity issues and one of the 2 ears stopped working after some time

    Overall grade 40% , not good quality would not recommend to another . Sound started to go away after bout 1 day worth of listening !

    I ve been going back to the busy buy store in less than every two weeks to change my headset bcoss one ear piece always get broken

    The blue tooth range too small n not clear. Doesn't offer pin for pairing devices Soo any one can pair to ur Bluetooth , Not the best

    As you are talking you lose connection and the line goes dead you have to hung up and call again I would not recommend this product

    Bought seveal of these for work. 1 out of 12 have failed so that’s not bad. I don’t like the fact they don’t retract.

    This item has been replaced twice and this third one is doing the same thing after 9 months, can't hear out of one side. The warranty process is sub-par with lots of hold time and replaced with products with the same problem. Also, you have to ship your headset and wait for a replacement, leaving weeks of downtime. I won't but this product again.

    Within week 1 owning the tones I've had people telling me that they couldn't hear me/breaking up. Returned for anotherAnd that unit did not vibrate as described. Not sure if it was the stores batch or just the product functionality but it sucked. I wined up upgrading to the Tone Ultra cost a by more but it was well worth it better features and I like the retractable earbuds

    Had the 750 model prior to these and had always worked fine. These are terrible in a noisy environment. You hear them trying to"noise cancel" but it's not working properly, the person listening is very quiet and muffled. Not happy at all, past the return date so I guess I'm stuck with them.

    Sounds pretty decent at first then. One ear bud dies then the other less then 3 months.
