not satisfied

I am having a hard time dealing with customer service. So not worth the money I paid for them. I have not dropped them. I didn't spill water on them. The ear bud just stopped working.

Terrible

First set of these I purchased lasted 5 years. The life of this product seems to decrease with each new purchase. I am terribly dissapointed in LG

Horrible

I have enjoyed these simple and great sounding bluetooth headphones. But the tone pro's simply do not live up to HK editions. The sound is horrible. I would not recommend them.

Bad Product

However on mine, the left ear went completely out. The right side is very static-y. So disappointed. had my previous headset close to 5 years. This one is a piece of junk

Troble with calls

Great Product

My very first ones lasted for two years so I'm hoping for a long relationship with these. The only problem I have is the sound is not as loud as my previous.
