The magnetic hardware is useless. It constantly falls out of holster. The blue tooth will sometimes keep vibrating for a few minutes when you cancel a call. I hate this product. I had to give a 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars.

I wasted no time in starting to use my new headset and I was very disappointed when no one could hear me basically it picks up all the noise around you even when there is little noise to pick up and on the other side they can barely hear you.

I was buying this for my wife - thus important to me. I was also looking for something I used, and had seen people use while exercising. I knew it work for her hands free objective. It was great!

This headset has poor phone quality when talking to callers. They have a hard time hearing me and I have to repeat myself over and over. However I can hear the people I'm talking to you very well in the product does work great for music.

I have no problem hearing music and calls through the bluetooth but everyone I am on the phone with cannot hear me clearly. I spoke to a friend who just got the same ones and he having the same problem. I am going to return them

These headsets are, by far, the worst I’ve bought. Bulky earpiece falls out of the ear. The charge doesn’t seem to hold very long. The actual headset feels a bit too small.

The item is sleek and it has a great look. I do not like the fact it will turn my music down while listening. When I have my phone in hand it will state "cannot connect." I will return the item to the store for a full refund.

I purchased the headset for hands free receiving of business calls while in a car. The first time I used it, the caller couldn't even hear me so I had to use the phone. I returned the headset. Still looking for a good alternative.

People can't hear me when i am talking on the phone using the headset. I use this all day long for business and cannot tolerate poor performance in this area. The audio quality is below par as well. I will be returning this product.

Horrible sound..Bluetooth disconnects when I put my phone in my pocket...I read others were having the same issue...call clarity is bad...any little noise or wind and other caller cant hear you..I would not recommend to others

I purchased this item 1/5/2018 and the left piece went out in the beginning of April 3 weeks later the right ear piece went out I'm very disappointed. I love LG I have a LG phone and love it. I'm requesting a repair.

I bought for my husband for fathers day and I have had to return it at least 3 times for a new one. The earbuds keep going out and he is unable to answer the phone when it rings. Do NOT Purchase this particular model!!!!

This unit kept disconnecting even when my phone was right next to it. Also, couldn't hear calls clearly. People also complained they coulsdn't he me clearly.

So this isn't for me cuz even though you barely feel it around the neck, you still do, plus still have to worry about getting the earphones to stay in your ear, not get tangled up. I'll wait for better tech.

Every time I buy this headset one of the ears go out every time and last I went they told me they wasn’t covered by warranty any more and as I type one ear bud is completely out can’t hear nothing

I have always liked LG Tones but I do not care for the new design. The buds are difficult to dock into the holes. It is not the same ease of use that prior models had. I hope LG will fix this issue.

This bluetooth shows some promises at the beginning, and all of a sudden left earpiece did not work, and the right is so low that the whole product is now useless. Waste of money

When comparing to other product's in same price range this product is bad, because magnets don't work and most importantly the quality of sound is really bad

As a past owner of this type of headset this one is the lowest quality. The sound is not good & the other party on the phone will have to constantly ask you to repeat yourself.

We have purchased over 6 pairs of LG Bluetooth Headsets. The headsets does not last over 4 to 6 months and if you purchase the warranty it does not cover this brand.
