So far no issues at all

I have read many reviews so I have looked for the issues that others have had. Nothing in the couple months I have used it on a daily basis. The band seems thin but it is very flexible, yet sturdy enough to not cause me concern. I was also concerned about many fakes going around and that maybe one was swapped out. I was careful to choose a completely sealed box and did inspect it as best as I could. I believe I have an authentic. It is something to be aware of tho. Not that Best Buy is trying to pull one over on you, but it could slip past as a return or even higher up in the supply chain. The fakes (some) are VERY similar in look, but not function. Good headset overall.

But I returned them due to the design and got a different pair. They are not for folks with long hair. The retractable cord kept getting tangled and pulling my hair.
