This Bluetooth set is very easy to use. It has a clear reception for calls and music. You can change tracks with the touch of a button. Great item to have.

The first set that I ordered worked well, but this one loses connection constantly. I am having to stop in the middle of a workout in order to re-sync with my note 4. The idea is great, the carry out......not so much

I liked the headset except having it around my neck. For working out it bounced and felt weird. If I was just wearing it around or for driving, it would have been fine. I would not recommend it for working out. Anything else, I would. I did like the other features on it.

This is not my first pair. This is actually my second pair. They good for about 4 months. The only problem is when you have a lot of background noise the person on the other end can't really hear you. All in all good for people who misplace or break things easily.

I already knew what I was buying because my boyfriend had them. When I saw the red ones I knew I had to buy them! The voice quality is amazing and the music quality is great. The only downfall is sometimes people can't hear me on their end so I have to keep turning it up.

This bluetooth headset is excellent. I was not sure if I would like it at first but it is great. Excellent audio quality. At work I wear a shirt with a collar and I wear it underneath the collar. It is so comfortable I wear it all day and even forget it is there until I need it. I definitely recommend buying it.

The LG Tone Pro's are a great item to have. It allows you to have your hands free at all times. You do not have to keep the ear buds in your ear like most headphones because the vibration alert lets you know when a call is coming through. Very light around the neck.

These are very comfortable when you are not using them, and very convenient and easy to put in your ears when you're ready to listen to your device. For my ears, the buds are a little big, so I have to push them back in, especially when I'm sweaty (during exercise).

I highly reccomend these headphones. These are so easy to use and the sound is perfect.

I have tried many different headphones these are the ones I settled with and I love them clear connections, holds a charge for days and easy to use.

After reading several reviews, I decided to go with this headset. I wanted one primarily for weight lifting and running but I ended up using it all the time. It's comfortable to wear, ear buds don't fall out and sound quality is pretty good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it isn't water/sweat proof (though it is water resistant)... This hasn't been caused any issues in the 2 months I've had it, but I am careful to keep it dry. Also because of the behind the neck open-collar design, the entire head set sometimes slips off when I lay on my back to do exercises like bench press or sit-ups.

This is actually my second pair of LG Tones. I have the tone +, but lost them for a while. After a few weeks, I broke down and ordered these. Naturally, about 10 days after I received these, I found my tone +. But I loved these too much to return them!! I always find myself reaching for these over the LG Tone +!

After using the headset for a minute, while I'm on the phone, the person wont be able to hear me as if I've turned off the headset and I have not. Other than that issue I haven't had any problems. I love the headset. You don't even know you have it around your neck. I would definitely recommend this product!

It's ok. Not loud enough and I don't like the buttons on the side. I liked it better on top. Need a better range too

This is one of the best blue tooth listening devices I've purchased. It's great for talking on your smart phone while having your hands free to do other things. It hangs around your neck which makes it easy to access when you need to insert the ear buds in your ears for listening to music or talking.

I forget it around my neck until it vibrates. Very lightweight easy to use great sound. 2nd pair. 1st pair I broke due to my own stupidity. Got replacement as soon as I could get to best buy.

I am a painter/sandblaster, and I bought these to use when working.I wanted to be able to listen to music when blasting, but didn't want to have my phone in my pocket. With these I can keep my phone out side of the blast tent nice and safe, and still listen to some tunes. I have weird ears, and even the smallest attachments where to big, I had some small ones laying around from the wifes beats ear buds, the fit perfectly. The only problem is once in a while after being paused for a bit, it becomes unresponsive and I have to turn them off and back on. Full charge will get me thru 2 days or so.

I bought this headset for ease of use while driving. I've found that it works quite well. It's easy to tell by feel which button I"m pressing, without having to look. The sound quality is very good, and I haven't had any trouble understanding, nor being understood, while using them to answer a call.
