I love my headphones!!!! I use them at the gym, in my house, in the car etc. The only draw back is you have to stay super close to your phone. I cant leave my phone in one room and talk in the other before I start to hear static. Maybe the next LG Tone generation would have a better bluetooth range.

I bought these headphones for my husband and he loves them! He always wears a hat and didn't want the kind that go over the ear. He uses these for both incoming calls and voice texts and says they work wonderfully. They are comfortable around the neck and he quickly forgot they were even there.

I enjoy the LG Tone Pro Bluetooth. I was hesitant to purchase as I've had bad experiences in the past but it sounds very clear, and the battery last long as I had a series of long conversations.

I have purchased four of these. One for my self and 3 others as gifts for others. Like the ease of the produce the clarity of the conversation and the price point. Average durability. I have had other Bluetooth sets that I have lost or washed left in a pocket, not with this one. Like the produce

Initially I was not comfortable to wear it and roam around, but after using it felt very comfortable. Didn't even feel like I was wearing one at times. Only Con I see is the ear-bud magnetic hold-in-place it is not very good. Doesn't hold very well.

I received one of these as a gift. I really liked mine so I decided to purchase one for my mom. She loves hers as well. I really think ALL of them should come with plugs though instead of just the usb alone. Some do, some don't. Overall it's good product.

I must say that this is my second pair of headset. I have one for home and one for in the car and at work now since they are so great. The only issue I have seen is that My husband has a large neck and he did not like the way they fit him snuggly so he returned his. I however absolutely love it.

It is an ok product. The volume doesn't go very high, I had to buy ear buds separately that would stay in my ears, and the Bluetooth distance isn't very big. Other than that they serve their purpose.

My husband and I purchased 2 of these headsets, one for each of us. Overall I think that it is a great product. It was pretty easy to adjust to wearing them, you don't even realize they are around your neck. The sound quality is good and the background noise isn't too bad when on calls. My only complaint is that it seems to get interference from other sources like police cars and public transportation buses, because occasionally when one of us is driving and we pass by a police car or bus we hear a pinging/spring-like sound and we are unable to speak to each-other until it stops.

I work in the field, I'm constantly getting calls from my office, customers, wife & children. So it's cool that I can continue to work with my hands & communicate on the phone without a wire continually getting caught on something as I go about my job.

The sound is great. I wear it all day and i sometime forget it is there until it starts vibrating. A lot better then walking around with something in your ear!

I use this headset daily, comfortable and easy to use, only Bluetooth I'll use since discovering them a year ago. This is my second LG tone, upgraded from previous set which still work great

I love the fact that this headset can be worn around your neck and not be a bother. I also love the fact that the headset vibrates when you are receiving a call. For the most part the ear buds do not fall out of your ear and the sound clarity is good.

Great Bluetooth headset. Can be used as a headphone or neck band for more secure use or earbuds for a lighter and freer audio device. Easy to use and connect.

Fresh alternative to the annoying ear roach. Battery life is great. Sound quality is not perfect but good. Virtually no fatigue. Micro USB charger port is a plus for charger versatility.

The sound quality on this device is great, but every few minutes it skips for a fraction of a second. Overall good buy, but could use a little refinement.

These are good headsets, sound is okay and I would buy them again. The only problems I have is it loses connection at various times even when my galaxy s5 close by. They also inadvertently shut down and come back on at various times as well. A 4 is a fair rating as this does not often enough but annoys me enough to give them a 4 . My previous tones worked better and stayed connected. This could just be a problem with the headset I purchased and others might work amazingly. So try a set as they are worth the price and if you have the same problem then just return them.

Long battery life. Bluetooth feature is great. Haven't owned them long enough for true durability test. Microphone works very well for hands free calling.

I use the earphones for my work phone and they are very handy to have around your neck at all times instead of worrying about keeping the phone within reach. The only problem is that the magnet is not strong enough, it keeps detaching.
