This product has a great design. It is comfortable and user friendly. I absolutely love it. However, there are a couple of complaints from the people on the other end of the phone line. It is hard to hear me if I am driving with the windows down. Also, if the other person is also using a Bluetooth then the sound quality declines. Other than that, it is wonderful. I am very happy with it and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only problem I've had with it is it is very sensitive to moisture. Even normal sweating can cause it to short out. It seems they could have done better with water protection.

The price point could be a bit lower for what they are, but all-in-all, they're a good pair of wireless headphones. I wear them to sleep sometimes...they're really comfortable.

LG wins with this Bluetooth headset. Sound quality is very clear. The ease of use is great. I don't go anywhere without it.

I would recommend these to anyone who wants a light headset which will be easy to wear while doing housework, or things of that nature. I use it primarily to listen to music while I'm busy with my hands, be it working on the car, or even preparing a meal in the kitchen. The sound quality is decent, don't buy these expecting booming bass, as it's not there. But overall, decent sound quality.

Brought this for someone for a xmas gift and they love it, no complaints they use it daily and enjoy the headset. It was suggested by the best buy rep and it was a good suggestion.....cause the owner loves it.

Excellent headset with great sounds. I use it when I'm running It stay in places, it allow you to fast forward the music.

Before this headset, I had a LG tone 700, well actually 3. I love this one thus far. I don't have to worry about the little brackets falling off because they are sturdier, and the voice quality seems better.

I bought these as an alternative to wired ear buds and I love the sound and quality of the head phones. The best part is the ear buds never fall out of my ears and when I'm done, they retract into the set.

It work very well. I'm still learning how to work but so far. It worked out good. Yes I will tell my other friends to get one. And they will tell they friends about it also.

I like the fact that I can connect to 2 bluetooth devices at the same time and it memorize the last device that was playing music and goes back to that device after a phone call

My husband got these as a Xmas present. They are super comfy and the fact that the buds are magnetic and snap back into place, is awesome. My husband was so excited that it can also be used to answer calls.
