The sound quality on this model has taken a huge hit... I can barely hear the person when using. The new placement of the buttons are awkward and hard to touch because they run together. I like to new restraints to keep the cords from becoming unattached.

This bluetooth works perfectly for my job as a gas attendant. It makes it easier to serve customers.

These bluetooth headsets are good the sound quality when watching moves and listening to movies is great! U can texts through u r headset if u download the BT English app from the Google Play Store u also listen to to different things at the same time .

I love my headset as the price was right and the quality was even better. I suggest this to anyone.

Will buy again. I'm able to listen to music and talk on the phone with it. The battery also last for awhile. I gave it a 4 star b/c I can't go very far away from my phone before it looses signal.

At first it didn't work correctly so I switched it out, but once I switched it, it worked perfectly.

Some calls not clear...intermittent sound lost while other person is talking

My kids are normally hard on headphones, but these LG Tone Pro have passed thr test and work great!!

i take buses a lot and these headphones are perfect. I can leave them in for privacy or take them out of one ear to hear driver and still listen to my music. they help the time go faster.

It works great I just wished it came with a retractable cord.

Very comfortable. I have really small ears which make it hard to find bluetooths that well fit right. But these are perfect I use them at the gym and at work , really just for everything. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.
