This is my 2nd one. The 1st model was elite... great button on the top not on the side of the headset. Now when ever I turn my head, it either dumps the call because my collar hits the button or it turns the volume up and down. So agrivating. .. And to make matters worse, the volume on this model is way, wayyy lower than my previous one. This one when I'm exercising, or in a loud environment, you have to really pay attention to what I'm listening to. So annoying. .. Thanks..

This headset is great for talking. Its clear and they barely hear the background noise. The only thing i dont like about it is when i use it to listen to music, the sound is not clear and sounds very low.

Sound is awesome and the vibration notification is really useful.(it is sometimes irritating too). There is an application that you can install on your device that can add some more features on Bluetooth and that is also very useful......

The LG Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset was purchased for my partner. It is the 3rd LG headset that he has owned. But, this newest model frequently drops the bluetooth connection. The older HB-700 series seems to have a stronger, more solid bluetooth signal.

Like almost all Bluetooth headphones; the receiver is located on the LEFT side of the device; and like many people, I keep my phone on my right hip. My body causes interference and the sound drops in/out as I walk, or run. Flipping the device upside down and rotating it to fit makes the buttons less accessible, but solves the problem completely. They really should make a right side/left side version of these to solve the problem. When you adjust the volume up/down; the headset itself has limiters - I am partially deaf, and this means some sound when already at a lower recorded level is not possible to hear when there is ambient noise. I'm sure this is consumer protection driven, but it's annoying anyways.

It's taken me some time to get use to the latest version. The older version buttons were on top and easier to push. Overall, the tones are good. Love the new shape and how the tones lay around the neck.

This product is wonderfull for everithing i recomended to all people

This is by far one of the best investments I have made with this device. It's great for the car IPad if you like to watch movies while traveling or even the gym I use it every single day and it has a great battery life as well as a durable.

Love it!!!!! Hands free and does not drop calls or lose connections.
