This is a good headset, but, for some reason this is my second set and I am still having the same problem the left or right ear piece go in and out

I love the comfort, and the surprisingly deep/full sound! I could definitely see myself staying with this brand/style for future purchases.

Had theses headphones awhile back when I had the Note3 and they broke due to my recklessness. Nevertheless, they're great and love them.

I tried other type of wireless headphones and honestly these were the best of their kind. They have great sound and are very comfortable.

I got this unit as a replacement (thanks to my warranty) for the older model which after about 5 months of use had started to give way, sound in one ear was dead etc- Anyway so at the Best Buy store, I was told that the exact model I was replacing wasn't in store and they bragged about this 'newer' model saying it's supposed to be much better etc etc. What I like- the sound is good. Not that much different from the older one, however I absolutely HATE the redesign. With my older one, I used to easily turn on and off, adjust volume easily because of how the keys were positioned. I could easily rewind, fast forward, go to next track without a problem. This design is pure pain, I HATE IT. The one I had and LOVE is this model right here, *****LG Electronics Tone+ HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset *** I will never understand why they tried to complicate the design. They should have improved sound and left design alone. I used to use the other model almost everyday, but with this I rarely use because I hate it. I will say though that the sound is not THAT bad.

Love the Tones they fit so nice around my neck and I don't feel like I'm being choked with them. Love them. Haven't had a problem at all.

i bought this headset because they were what my fellow electricains wore. I was very excited to receive them, but quickly became disappointed. Basically the only places i can keep them connected to my phone are in my shirt pocket or on a table in front of me. If i put the phone in any of my pants pockets or in my belt holster i receive a message in my ear about phone out of range. Seriously? It wont work more than 2ft away from the phone in open air?

These put your music within reach when You want it. Not only music but also hands free phone calls and texts. I take an elderly parent to many doctor visits and additional errands, and these make the waiting room a much better place. Honestly I exchanged this model for the LG - Tone Infinim model but not due to any problems with these but the Infinim model has cord management and Harman Kardon Signature Sound. PS - Best Buy was great with the exchange.

Got these bluetooth neck head phones for work. Use them all the time. Find myself wearing them in bed.Great. Battery last all week ....

Love the way these hang on your neck. My reason for a lower rating is because the buttons are very difficult to see and hit when around your neck.

These have good battery life. I use them quite a bit when driving. It is a little difficult to adjust sound.

I like the headphones. They work well. However they feel a tiny bit flimsy. Also, sometimes when I'm on the phone they start fading in and out.

it stated that you can go a certain few away and it seem that even when am right in my home i lose range, other than that it serves it purpose.

A nice pair of headphones. The sound is a good quality. They are sturdy and convenient to use while I work.

Purchased for my wife, whom hates Bluetooth headset. She LOVES these greatly!!! Easy set up, great reception, & well worth the price!!

I am a truck driver / professional mover and I can say by far this is the Bluetooth I have ever experienced

We have 3 sets now and use them almost constantly. 10 hours is a must for working on your own and the kido never seams to take it off.

the device is great, has good range, hasnt missed a beat so far, wont connect to multiple devices but thats not a bad thing sometimes.

This was a gift and I'm so pleased. Excellent sound quality, I often forget I'm wearing it.
