Comfortable and they sound good

Sound quality is not much different. They do sound good but it's not much different than the Tone+. I'm not thrilled with the range of these headphones but it's satisfactory. The only draw back is they fall off sometimes and I attribute that to the fact that my neck is a little larger than the average user.
