Finally purchased the product through Best Buy because they will replace them with the insurance and if they no longer carry the same exact model you only pay the difference between the new model and your model. Wish I had known this a long time ago.

I think will work great on long car trips. Unfortunately, buttons on head set froze and was unable to use head set . Had to exchange for a new set. Glad I purchased best buy warranty.

How ever the range is less to be desired ..... That's the only thing not giving it 5 stars ..... Love the fact that having it around my neck and it doesn't feel like it was there that was one of my concerns..... But you can't tell there there ..... Love em

NOT ENOUGH VOLUME, AND YES I turned the volume up all the way on the phone and on the blue tooth device.

Other than that, great product!
