It won't connect sometimes and will start vibrating until I shut it off. It's not due to the phone being out of range because the phone is in my pocket.

Have only used for night-time listening of our Samsung 8550 (UHD has bluetooth) so far. Plan to use for listening to music (Samsung S3) during bike rides, cannot comment on phone/mic connectivity yet. Comfortable and disappears.

Better than my other Bluetooth phone accessories. Very few improvements that I can think of. Ear buds staying in, cords get tangled, etc. There may be solutions to these but I need 50 characters.

I've been a very loyal "Best Buys" customer since "Circuit City" closed & have been quite satisfied with the merchandise, selection & service. Whoever came up with the "Geek Squad" was a genius!

I like the color that's why I chose to buy it. But there are two cons--sometimes ear pieces may fall out of ear and the wires stick out too much. All in all, I still like it, for now anyways.

After 3 weeks of using the headset one ear stopped working then after awhile the other ear stopped. It comes with a protection plan, which is ridiculous, only so that they can collect customers money. I had to throw it away because I didn't have the protection plan. It's sad how I spent so much money on something that is unsustainable. I'm very disappointed.

the set up of this device is nearly perfect; the short cords eliminate the snags and tangles often experienced and the way the ear pieces snap into the ned of the device is pure genius; my favorite and last device - hopefully.

Headphones are great. The only minor issue would be the clasp that holds the wire to the buds can come off and get lost quite easily but if you have insurance on it then just go replace it.

Whether using for cell phones or listen ting to music this is an excellent product. I wear it biking and never have difficulty maintaining a connection. Excellent clarity and so light weight I forget I have it on. Great value.

Bought this for convenience when I was working around the yard. Fits nicely around your neck with all controls at your finger tips. My only complaint is that the ear buds do not stay put and repeated adjustment is necessary.

I love this product because it allows me the freedom to use both hands when I'm working out in the field , it also gives great distance from me to my phone when leaving it in my work truck

I only use one ear plug as the other is not needed for me to hear very well. No complaints about talking like I'm in a can with this headset. I paid full retail and I'm happy with the purchase. Just bought my wife a set.

For the longest time I was looking to buy this device. Its more for need than want. I bought the HBS -750 on Black Friday and it was a disaster, refused to pair with my iPhone 6S plus and refused to charge returned it and the only one available for exchange was HBS-800 so I bought it for $10 more. The HBS-800 Ultra works beautifully but the charging socket for USB is dicey do not jow how long it will last. The interface with Siri is really bad however with the ANC(Ambient Noise Cancellation) it works beautifully and clear

I returned this version of bluetooth headset for the next level up. Glad I did because the upgrade work great. I'm lucky enough such that the ear plugs do not fall out. This was a christmas gift to myself.

I really like the style and design of these headphone. They work great. I would happily give them 5 stars except for one flaw, if you get any sweat in the ear bud it will quit working.

It holds a great charge but the magnetic part is not strong to hold the ear buds when not in use

it beats having one of them other bluetooth devices stuck in your ear all day. also like the fact it vibrates when you get a call because on a loud job site i was missing calls.

I have enjoyed this product for business, but I would not use this for any workout activities because of the sweat as it sits around your neck. I would recommend this to anyone.

Bluetooth connectivity loses contact with phone a lot. Battery life last longer than my first set. Read more reviews before you buy.
