Previous models would always start to shreadding near the wire connection point on the neck band. This has always lead to one side shorting out in my case.

These headphones are convenient but it picks up background noises drowning you out to the person your speaking to. The charge does not last long.

This would be a great product if they address 2 issues, 1. The volume changes at will. 2. Not enough volume.

its a good headset for the price, i just dont like that it picks up everything in the background and that i can't be in a differnt room than my phone

I tried another Bluetooth device and it failed miserably after just one week and it was very uncomfterable,this Bluetooth device is so comfortable you don't even know it's there.

its been 3 months with extensive use in my GYM and still works good. Audio output is excellent and quality is par with the wired ones. For a bluetooth quality this is excellent.

Most Definitely Worth The Money Only Thing I Would Change Is To Maybe Have The Ear Bud Cords As Retractable Because They Are To Long And Just Hang.

I have called Best Buy in Gainesville about charger missing Manger said it doesn't come with one. but paper says it does. he told me to call back in 1 week they would have a new shipment. so I did. Was told they sold out again need to call back in another week. I called the 800 # customer service. she called the same person I talked to at that time they offer me to bring this one back and they order me one. WHY DIDN'T THEY OFFER THAT THE 1ST TIME I CALLED.

I have used this product my self for work , exercise and even gaming to listen to music also use it to listen to my movies from my tablet or phone

Works as advertised. No noise cancelling. Or it would have been 5 stars
