    The only good thing about this headset is how comfortable it is. The noise cancellation feature needs improvement since I have complaints of wind noise on almost every call!! I was very excited to finally get the LG tone but was immediately disappointed!! Don't waste your money!!

    I had the 1st generation of these headphones and they broke. I like those better! It's so hard to hear out of the ear buds and I've changed to the smallest ones. The buttons are also not as user friendly. I only keep it because it's convenient! I like the 1st generation better!

    I'm very happy with my purchase, but pretty ticked with BB. I've unsubscribed from the email list 3 times at the time of this writing. And, yes, it's been more than 10 days. It seems like once they have your info they won't leave you alone. Tired of all the dang sales ads
