I was looking for something I could use with my ipod, which had a damaged audio jack. Pairing to the ipod was easy enough. However, I knew almost instantly that they weren't going to work out on the treadmill. I returned them the next day. Otherwise, they're probably fine if you work in an office or use them while you drive.

Good headphone EXCEPT for mic muting issue

You have to either manually disable the Wi-Fi or install an app (llama) that disables/enables the Wi-Fi when the call state changes.
