I use this Bluetooth headset with IPhone 4S. I get staticky connections about 1/3 of the time or the computer voice garbled! Maybe mine was built on a Monday or Friday!

I have to keep exchanging this product because the left side keeps breaking like every other month or so. I would buy it but be prepared for a lot of trips to BestBuy!

My only hope is that this one last longer than the other 2 that I had previously, but they where not the sports model. the sports model is supposed to be more durable.

These are not that comfortable around my neck. Also the earbuds don't automatically return to the magnetic placers.... Anyway they work well when driving in the car.

Not really the best head phone set. You can still hear back ground noise at times and sometimes the person sounds garbled. So better off getting the higher end one

I found the headphones to be very quiet, and it seemed I need to raise the volume way to high which added static popping.

After talking for around 2 mins the mic cuts out. Contacted LG and their solution was to use it on another phone!

Thought I really liked the color, but it wasn't an everyday wear color for me; although I still had to do so. Accessory performance is average.

Frequently disconnects fro my note3. Doesn't work well with call waiting. But it does have a very long battery life.

Not the greatest product loses signal fast even when my phone is near it crackles so not very good reception not something I would recommend to anyone

While listening to music, the product began to vibrate. I turned it off without success. I will be returning product to local Best Buy (Destin).

The wireless feature make it easier to overlook the sound quality. Personally, the sound is hollow and I have to keep readjusting the earbuds.

I like the convenience of it unfortunately it drops the connection between you and your phone as you're walking for some reason

Let me start by saying, I was forced to get the TonePros because my Tone+ (Ones with the silver earbud holder, not the yellow) right earbud went out, and Best Buy couldn't replace them with the same model because LG doesn't make them any longer. That being said, I hate the TonePros!!! Although they do look better and are more comfortable, they are a total waste of money! They hang up my calls, make people sound "pixelated" (I'm sure there's a word for it), they power off on their own, and they unpair from my phone on their own! I don't walk away from my phone, it's always either in my hand or pocket, and I know that my hand or hip isn't more than 20ft from my neck! So why is it doing this!?! I hate these stupid things now. I was in love with my Tone+! LG should make a better product or keep making the Tone+.

I returned this item. the loose wires on the earbuds were not functional for me. I will probably get the ones with retractable ear buds.

My wife and father I law love these head phones for the gym but make sure you get the extended warrenty as every 8 month they quit working

I asked the sales person for good ear buds and they sold me this. Good sound but I wasn't looking for another drain on my battery

Has some kinks in the product. It's a ok ear piece. But spouse states it acts up at times. And price was high for the quality.

I am not 100% happy with this headset. Call drop, volume quality not that great. Hopefully LG improve on headset.

I have a HTC One with Dr Dre beats speakers and the music doesn't as good using these headsets. I prefer my Sony headphones.
