If you are working and trying to use these, probably not the best. Driving a liftgate truck makes it difficult to hear and for others to hear me. But they are comfortable.

I've used the original Tone Bluetooth Headset for years and loved them. I upgraded to the Pro and have been very disappointed. People complain that they can't hear me and that they hear a beep as if I am pressing buttons on my phone.

I used it for the first time and it was OK. I kept using it and the ear piece kept falling off then it didn't have the noise filter feature. In conclusion was not a good product and pricing. I had to upgrade to something more expensive but we'll worth it.

after purchasing one of these, a month later, Best Buy would not allow us to receive a refund so that we could go elsewhere. So, we got another one, and in two days, this headset was not working properly. Really bad item...even the sales clerk (finally) admitted to us that these are "hit and miss."

I had 2 separate head pieces and both had the same problem. Kept disconnecting while the phone was on my hip and the worse problem was the mic would stop working in the middle of a conversation would have to disconnect and then reconnect to get it to work. 5 to 8 ft average range without scratchy reception. I Tried 2 different ones. Motorola Buds are awesome!

Not comfortable. Don't like sound quality. Don't like feel of earbud. Packed in box. Purchased a different product that is much better for me.

This product did not meet my expectations. I could not hear no matter how high I increased the volume.

I loved it at first but my speakers area already not working well and everyone says I'm staticky during phone calls! My older set I loved!

Lg headset was my favorite went through many to found one that work so well and the first 2 editions were great , but wow what a horrible time I have had with these thought it was just mine or my phone No! My friend was having same issues disconnecting short range and unclear to hear....will be returning tomorrow having dealing with non stop issues for 2 weeks and battery dies quick hoping for a upgrade but went backwards

It will not pair to all my blue enabled devices and those that it does pair to not all the functions work such as voice commands!

For the price they were okay but definitely stopped working after a while people couldn't hear what you were saying

Headset sucks if you are too far from them the reception sucks. If you try to tell it a command you have to keep repeating it.

I really was looking forward to using the Tone Pro t often. I've had to exchange it 3 times and will do so again very soon. Each time, it worked beautifully, and then not at all when trying to make a call. I pressed the button to give the command and nothing happens. It says "connected", but doesn't do anything. I can only use it to listen to my mp3 music, but its too expensive an item just for that..

Great item for the price very easy to use and my kids loved it i would recomend it

Some times works good some time no to good if someone call you some times they can heer you I am no to impress.....

Not very happy with these un pair alot cracking noise when u talk on them ive allready had to replace a few times

The sound quality isn't that great. Most everyone I talk to says that I sound muffled when I am using them.

too much noise when you talking to someone and the volume be up on high and everyone ask you to speak up.

When you are listening to music the reception is awful!! You can't even walk without the darn thing going crazy and cutting out!! Total waste of money!! If I didn't need a bluetooth for driving it would have gone back the same day!!
