I love the idea of the hands free headset especially since I'm notorious for dropping my smartphone. Unfortunately the ear buds do not fit in my ears, so I returned. I wish there were more options for those of us with small ears.

These headphones are absolutely horrible! If you're buying these for work or even just to listen to music I would not reccommened them. The sound is not good at all and if you're trying to talk on the phone to someone they will not be able to hear you. Instead they will hear everything around you. These earphones are a complete waste of money.

I think I would love my blue tooth if it actually works.

The headphones pair easily. I like that I can pair to 2 Bluetooth devices, w/ 1 being the primary. So when I am listening to music on my iPod, it is very easy to answer a call on my iPhone. Battery life is descent. There are some issues apparently with staying connected to the phone, as at least once a day I will hear a message that the device is out of range, & that it is trying to connect. (The device had not moved & it was in range). The headphones will reconnect automatically. I did get them on a Black Friday special, so I definitely feel like it was a great deal. I am happy with the headphones.

Did not like the sound quality. ...The sound was not very appealing. ...could not maintain on for long periods of time. ..needed to charge frequently. Loved the style and wrap around neck but really not much else.

I really wanted to like this headset. It has some nice features: voice confirmation for power on and phone call end, for example. The vibrate feature for incoming calls is great. Audio/sound quality, however, is anemic -- especially for music. Even using the equalizer presets, the only way to get anything near acceptable bass response requires pressing and holding the earbuds in my ear canal -- not a usable scenario. As other reviewers have mentioned, the volume on an iPhone 6 is LOUD and varies by whether the volume is changed on the HBS-750 or the iPhone. Compared to the iPhone's wired earbuds, the HBS-750 sound is awful. Compared to a comparably-priced (street price) bluetooth headset like the BlueAnt Pump HD Sportbuds, the HBS-750 is simply a poor value. The Pump HD has much, MUCH better audio quality. Why LG markets a stereo headset with such poor quality is a mystery. I really wanted to like the HBS-750, but I am returning them.

Very disappointed in Best Buy. I was a day past the 15 day return exchange. Never had any issues with Best Buy before so I didn't make it a priority, I'm in sales and been very busy. I had purchased this product about 3 years ago and loved it but it was starting to give me problems. This one crackled and now I'm stuck with it.

Allows too much background noise. Speaker system does not transmit as advertised.

The version before this one was far superior...... Too many glitches.......

Ear buds will not stay in. I have tried all 3 sizes to no avail. Basically a waste of my money as I am on the road and did not have a chance to return them within the limited timeframe allowed. If the local store would have allowed me to inspect them before the purchase, I would not have wasted my money

Head set cuts off, people say they can't hear me, buttons are sticking,

I like my jewelry to be my statement around my neck not my blue tooth.

They were alright like the old ones better. The sound quality sucked

Drop calls and mutes all the time it is very confusing

Don't stay charged like it says. Not satisfied....
