The buds made my right ear itch, they fit properly just didn't like me. They didn't work on the short walk from my desk to the printer and even at only 5 feet away produced frequency sounds.

Purchased this in a less than a month the power button broke,people I'm calling say it's really hard to hear me and if you have your air conditioner even on low it drowns out your voice PowerPort plug-in starts to get loose due to cheap shell

I didnt use my headset right away but when i did it was broken. I think someone returned it and i somehow ended up on the shalf with the new ones. I havent had time to bring it back and now it mightbre to late. Please advise me on my options.

I am not at all thrilled about this item I have taken it back to Best Buy three times since I bought it. I would just like to get another one I'm very much unhappy about it.

I really do not like this item, it burns out too quick I only had it for 2 weeks and the sound in one ear went out. Thumps down

As I liked the idea of it hanging round my neck it Just didn't come to Bluetooth standards, and I had to return it due to a malfunction, I tried my husbands who has one just like this and still had the same opinion.

About a year ago I bought these and didn't try them until recently. They paired with my iPhone automatically and have amazing sound. Almost unnoticeable when wearing them and I'm free to move about the office without a cord snagging at every opportunity. The sound is fantastic too. I had an older set of Bluetooth bhind-the-ears headphones with a hard formed plastic 'body' that pinched the back of my head and this drape-around-your-neck style is FAR superior.

Plugging up both ears to talk on the phone drove me crazy. The two bands to hold wires of the ear plugs to the plastic piece broke in the first week.

Love the blue tooth headset connects easily I would recommend this product to a friend this is my second Bluetooth headset and I love them I have had an LG Tone+ and that product is great also

These Bluetooth headset always cut off while talk to my friends and family.

I have had three of these headsets and I had the same problem with them all of them. The mic will disconnect during your conversation.

This headset is super light weight. That being said, if you are careful with your things then you will have no problem. The sound quality is great for both music and calls. The price is not bad for Bluetooth wireless headphones of this quality. I was shocked to see that almost every employee in the cell phone area had the same headphones. Some the newer model and more with the previous gen. Great bargain!

I love love love my LG Bluetooth headphones! I have used them while driving, going out for a walk or run, shopping or just about anywhere I need to go hands free! They have great sound quality and the headset controls are a great plus! I can easily multitask now. And the battery life is 13+ hours for each used or a couple of days if not used often! I wouldn't change them!!

The Bluetooth keep cutting off when you are taking and got to switch back to phone.

Didn't like the fact the ear buds kept falling out the end so I just return them.

I would recommend to no one Bluetooth drops call people sound like robots not happy at all with this product. ...

Kept dropping calls and breaking up. Plus it did not come with a wall charger.

Researched quite a few of these and decided on this one. Has excellent battery life, noise cancellation, and and callers have no problem hearing me. People I am on the food with often say "hello" because of the complete silence when I am not talking. A+

This product is very good in terms of light weight, easy to carry, good sound quality. Pretty good to use in gym as this one is sweat resistant and it has got some voice control. I will surely buy one more if the price comes down again.

Didn't like it on my neck. The ear phones didn't stay in very well. I'm a truck driver and it was very hard to hear with it.
