this needs a rebuilt an thought over because this product dont work with every phone it sucks i hate this product .....

Cuts in and out a lot. Also has dropped to many of my calls. Probably taking back as soon as I get a chance.

I have used my headset everyday for about a month and it works perfectly. The headset recharges and connects just as it is supposed to do and the sound quality is great. It stays around my neck, even when I am exercising. Just what I wanted at a excellent price!

I see these everywhere and now I know why! I bought a pair for myself and my boyfriend. We are both extremely pleased. They are very comfortable and the battery life lasts all day. I use the largest ear buds they came with as I enjoy the bass setting. They will bounce when you jump/run so we tuck them under the collar of our shirt and they stay in place. I usually have problems with ear buds falling out but these fit snuggly. The calls are crystal clear and you are easily able to walk 10ft away from your phone without loosing connection. Overall, LG hit the mark and they come with a year warranty. Boom.

After a month of daily use, they are now broken. Most exspensive piece of trash I have ever had

I work in a cubicle, and I'm surrounded by a lot of noise. This headset drowns out that noise very well & I don't have to remove it when I walk over to the printer or supply cabinet. I love my headset! The charge stays well & the sound is great. It's a keeper!

I had exchange this item 3 times because it was something wrong all the time i hate it

These are absolutely the best headphones you can buy. I have had each of the three models, the tones, tone+, and now pro. I have tried many other blutooth headsets including the jaybirds and Motorola similar to these and none hold a candle to these LG's. There is a slight downfall for these in the gym as they will fall off your neck when on your back. Simple remedy....tuck them in your shirt collar or flip them to the front of your neck while doing this type of excersise. I stick with Samsung galaxy phones and these LG's paired with my phones are always loud enough that I can't hear someone screaming 3 feet away. And still sound nice and crisp and clear.

Very good sound quality for listening to music or using as a headset. I did several tests to my voice mail so I could her the sound quality and they sounded great. I even tested with the headset completely tucked under my shirt collar and it was a little muffled but still sounded good. The main thing I don't like is the ear buds are held in place magnetically and the fall very out easily. I am sure it's only a matter of time before I tear the wire from the headset because the thin wire will be dangling and get caught in my seat belt or something. If they improve and keep the ear bud secure in it's holder when not in use and make the wire out of something more durable they would get 5 stars from me.

The LG-Tone works the way it's supposed to work. I bought a cheap imitation off eBay and they were garbage. I bought this one and they were already 80% charged coming out the box. They're comfortable in the gym when I'm dripping in sweat and they don't fall out of my ear. They connect automatically when my iPhone 4S bluetooth is on. They don't take long to charge up and they stay charged for a long while. I've used these headphones everyday while cleaning, working on the lawn and with my Playstation. I have used the heck out of these headphones and they haven't failed me yet. I've had them for 2 weeks and used them everyday all day since then. I have an iPhone 4S IOS 7.1, don't be so quick to judge the product if it doesn't work correctly, be sure the issue is not with your phone. oh by the way, the sound is awesome!!!

its a great Bluetooth headset. Great battery life, good sound with a deep bass. for a better bass and more clarity sound try HBS -800 or 900

The phone range is not what is said on the box, its actually shorter.

I use these for about an hour everyday, and the battery will last 5 days before it tells me it's low. Bass heavy songs seem to give the headset trouble, but that is the one downfall here. The earpieces fit snug, the shoulder piece is lightweight, but stable on the shoulders.. While running on the treadmill or on the pitch, there's no worry of the headset falling off or being uncomfortable. The bluetooth range is about 33 feet, measured on a football field. Awesome starter set for the bluetooth foray!

The ear buds won't stay in the magnetic holder when not in use.

I have owned the last generation and this generation I have seen improvement in Bluetooth signal and sound quality. The Bluetooth feature is a big big plus and the design of the headset is stylish.

So these headphones definitely get the job done. Sync well, good audio quality, and they look pretty neat. But as far as wireless headphones go, they fall a bit short. After all, there is very clearly a wire, however short it is. Now I understand, truly wireless headphones are still very expensive and uncommon on the market. But I've still seen better implementations. Larger on-ear headphones avoid this issue, and LG did a good job of reducing the annoyance with the behind-the-ear band design, which hides much of the wire. But I think they could do better.

My kids gave me this headset for Mother's Day, The sound is clear during calls. And my music sounds amazing. I'm a bass tones person and I have not been disappointed. I was a bit skeptical about sound quality of a bluetooth set, but it's really good, I love the around my neck design, no tangles or snagging, I wear them walking to work to and from the commuter train station. Very pleased. Three of my co-workers love their's too.

Holds a charge for a very long time. Very easy to use and so much more comfortable than the old in one ear Bluetooth model.
