Needed very light headset with microphone, for making calls online and taking classes online. Needed noise-cancelling and volume control. Why did the not-very-knowledgable-Best-Buy-Store-Guy, only point me to a couple high-end products with little discussion of features, and walked off?? On my own, found other headsets in lower price ranges, that listed features needed. Had spoken with a guy at another place, using one of these, who said he loved it. I searched online, learned most problems seemed to be with fake-labeled units. Did Best Buy somehow get a load of fake-label LG units? Or is LG just not making them as well anymore, post-launch of the initial product? Bought a blue, LG Tone Bluetooth Headset--liked looks, really liked near-zero weight of it. Package claimed features I needed. But really need durable and functional; this unit is only 'eye-candy'. Charged it up. Tried to make call; unable to get through--strong clue. Then tried a long call last nite, it worked well--figured it would be OK...BUT.... The following issues have occurred today, on various of about a dozen calls, no matter how the buttons are checked or adjusted: =Unit not sending my voice to person called, but I hear them. =Called phone rings, appears to be an open line, but no sound. =Called person, unit working well, until transfers my call to another department, and I can hear that person, but they can't hear me. =Static. =Sound cuts in/out. =No sound. =Unit shuts itself off, despite full charge and being in use. =Earbud wire brushing against clothing creates a sound on the line. =Unit paired easily with computer, but refused to pair with cellphone--cellphone can't even locate it, much less pair with it. =I thought it was supposed to also be hearable simply by wearing around the neck--NO. You must put the earbuds into your ears. IF physically active, those fall out. I Will be RETURNING this headset ASAP for refund!

good. Fit almost perfectly snugged in my ears. Not as much bass as I would like, but I did not purchase them for that purpose. Paired instantly on my iPhone 6 and worked great with Siri.

It has good sound, so far I'm still in love with it, it is good for doing chores, doing exercises, ect. It's mic. Catches what you ae saying real clear, the neck peice is prity simpal to remember were every bottom is at.

This is great headset for driving, biking, walking, wearing around the house or wearing at work. The headset is comfortable and you almost forget you are wearing it around your neck. The ear buds stay in place and the small cables can be adjusted so they will not make the buds fall out when you turn your head. I thought sweating was going to be a problem, but no it is not. They sound really good with a nice amount lows, mids and highs evenly balanced and the battery life is awesome.

I just love these headphones. The work well and the sound is perfect.

Works very well, music sounds great and phone calls sound great as well. It's my first experience with this type of headphone but I found they are very comfortable. Ear buds usually don't stay in my ear very well but these, so far, seem to be working great! My note 4 connects right away to these as soon as I power them on.

I have purchased this product on the black friday deals. I am happy to purchase this because I got this one for a lower price and sound quality is awesome.

I got these during the Black Friday sale for $30 and I can say it was wroth every penny of the money. Being able to listen to music through headphones but not have to worry about dragging a cable along and watching if it gets stuck on something or if somebody swipes them or something. Just perfect wireless tuning with extra bass and a long lasting battery charge.

Love the tones I just get in my zone and workout and not even worry about missing calls

awesome sound and features. I use it riding motorcycle and hear it great. I can answer my phone and all sorts of features.

All five of us in our family have this headset. We love them. They work great and the sound quality is really good.

Connection and sound are very good! I've upgraded to the Ultra and it is even better.

So I bought these because I drive for a living with people in my vehicle. I couldn't listen to music while working and only could have my work phone hooked up to bluetooth with this headset I can hook up both phones listen to music and still get my work calls sound is good not the greatest but good enough.

Range of reception is fantastic. Audio quality fantasti. Battery life fantastic. 5 star, would buy again!
