I have struggled to find a good pair of Bluetooth headphones. I figured after reading reviews else where that these would be a good pair to try. After first use I knew something wasn't right. They fit great and are very comfortable however the Bluetooth quality sucks. With my phone in my pocket, music would be choppy, and it even lost connection with my phone a few times. I know its not my phone (galaxy note 3) because it works fine in my car's Bluetooth.

I absolutely love these and I just got my 3rd one but since I got the Note 4, if I walk just a few feet away from the phone it starts breaking up and losing reception. I never had this issue with my Boost or Metro phones. I wonder if anyone else is having the same issue.

The left ear bug went out again on my 700 model, (black and gold) but I could hear the music and voice calls just fine with one bug. I upgraded to this blue one but for what ever reason, they cut the call volume down too low. I can barley hear even with two bugs in. Note, with a quite background like at home it was ok. I work in an assembly plant, I could hear everything with the 700, sometimes I had to cut the volume down and that was with one ear bug, but with two ear bugs with the blue 750, I was always asking someone to repeat their self. The out of range vibration is ignoring, also it doesn't have the range of the 700. In my opinion, the 700 is the best model. I returned the 750 and I'll just use one ear bug until I get it fixed.

I use these headphones quite often with my Samsung S5, Samsung Tablet and Dell laptop. I listen to music, podcasts and online training classes. I also use them for calls on my S5. In ALL cases the sound clarity is awesome. Callers have reported that the voice quality coming through is very good.

This item is priced very well. It works well and you can make and receive calls and hear decently. There is s fair amount of feedback which I believe is from the microphone being so far from mouth piece.

At first this product was great, however they quit working after 3 days. I was very disappointed since this was my second attempt using bluetooth headphones. If you are going to be using them at the gym for workouts, I would suggest buying a better pair that are waterproof. A friend of mine had the exact same issue. On the plus side Best Buy returned these with no hassle.

I bought one of these to be able to listen to music on my phone, and to able to answer to phone while driving. The connection kept disconnecting to my music cutting out. I ended up exchanging it for another one, had the same problem, even tried it during a call and it dropped then also. Both ones I had, I made sure had a full charge. Don't waste your money on these.

The manual clearly says it comes with a wall charger, but it does not. Instead when you call the horrible customer service line, after you are on hold for 30 minutes, and listen to the same commercial 100 times, they will tell you that the manual is wrong and that it doesn't come with a standard wall charger. Yuck.

This is a great product for the price! The sound is great and feels great around the neck. BUY BUY BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! I am black, asian, white, trashman, crazy, old, and tech guru.

This is an awesome product. However, it says it's water resident but I got cought in some rain and mine stopes working so be careful. Other than that I have had no issues.

Took out of Box and charged over night. Used on way to work and noticed first that would have to get used to them resting on my neck... then it would skip like and only record player at times. Next it lost paring signal and said unable to pair out of range... ??? Phone was less than a foot away in pocket. Had to turn off and turn on to get it to pare, then it did it again. Charged again and next day tried to use while mowing lawn and notice when mower was on it got major interference from mower... then bad skipping again then lost parring.. I return and now have Bluebuds X. They are dbl in price but 5x the quality and absolutely no issues and has adjustment for wire so no excess on neck.

This is the second time I've purchased...and returned these. Last time was last year with a Samsung S3. Now I have a Samsung Note 3 and a Samsung Tab 3. I have had the same problem. There is a subtle "scratchiness" to the sound. That's irritating but I could live with that. What I can't live with, however, is that the music stutters. Not occasionally - constantly. It's exactly what you would expect when you walk out of range but as I write this my device is 3 linear feet away on my desk. Interestingly, it doesn't get any worse when my phone is in my pocket or backpack. Battery life is great. Sound quality is great...with the "deal breaker" exceptions noted above. They are comfortable and they fit a 17" neck with ease (unlike the Motorola Buds which I love but remind me I need to drop 20 lbs every time I put them on). I would love to love them...I can't stand the constant stutter. Returning today. Sad face.

The headset works fine for music but when it is used for phone conversation, or any conversation (skype, tango, whatsapp, fb messenger) it will mute itself and the only way to get back to the other party is to deactivate the Bluetooth and activate it again. I got it as a present, i do not recommend it.

Picked these up last week, traded my 730 for the 750. I like to try to keep up with technology assuming may be better. Let me tell you the 750 sound quality is horrible the aptx technology does not work. The design on it is not well thought out. Don't like the buttons on the side, don't like how they changed the way the magnetic earpiece goes in place. If you're looking for a nice headset get the older model the 730..

I use this headset to listen to audiobooks while on my half hour bike commute. About half of the time the play button will stop responding to presses. Only way to control the audiobook at that point is to stop pull out my phone, and control from there. Even the power switch sometimes does not power down the headphones. Phone function seems to always work..

When I went to pick up my purchase at the store, it was not the same as the cover image for the product. The cover image is for all pink headphones. The product is pink and black. Cover image is wrong but for some reason remains on the website. Maybe after this review they'll update the website and in time this will be irrelevant.

They sit there on your shoulders. Every once in a while the ear plugs go out.

Excellent quality, Excellent performance! I love the freedom it gives me with excellent performance.
