The sound is bad when listening to music,cannot adjust bass or treble as it says in the user manual. Does not cancel background noise. You have to go somewhere very quiet. In the car everyone tells me " I sound like I'm in a tunnel" even when there is no background noise. I would have bought another pair but this is the only ones on the shelf at best buy!... Why is that? The website has 200 but I needed them right away. They don't even come with a charger! How can LG sell a product that has to be charged without a charger?? It just comes with a wire. You have to buy a charger or hope you have an extra one that's compatible. The only good thing is the battery last a long time

Although it is fine in terms of fast connection the power of sound is not enough. I think the power was OK at the fist 2 weeks, but after this period its really week and not good to be used in gym.

Well I walk and got this on recommend as awesome thing in the world so I got one first day was good the next day I really tested it out played music put it my pocket and started walking it cut in and out and then it stopped..¿ok? Then a minute later phone freezes up so i went back today they said my phone was defect and they cant help me ask if they can check my phone to see why did I buy the phone here..no. (sorry cant help you) and all I heard after that up grade or buy new phone...so I got a refund

I don't think $70 is the right price as the sound quality isn't that great and people are always saying they can't hear me very well.

Have had issues ever since I purchased. I guess it was massed produced for the holidays.

The product was great for 17 days. On Day 18, the product stopped working. I wouldn't turn on, and would not respond to the charger. As I am beyond the return period, I was given the option of a store credit or to send the product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at my expense. As other's have referenced this same problem, I went with the store credit.

3 pairs in less then one year OVER IT NEVER AGAIN.

Constantly disconnecting from device. Callers on other end either lose audio from me or say I sound robotic or digital. Phone has to be next to headset for there to be no distortion or signal loss. Never had these issues with my previous Bluetooth!

The range is good for media, but the volume is too loud on the iphone 5. On the lowest setting it hurts my ears. There is no apparent way to calibrate it. I plan on returning it unless I can find a fix.

I like that its wireless, but every phone call that im on the person on the other end cant hear me after a bit. I have to disconnect from bluetooth and reconnect and they can hear me again for a bit until it no longer works again.

The other party sounds like a robot, I called my dad, and all he could say was hang up and call back I hear static. Purchased on the 10th returned on the 11th.......

awful; sound quality is awful and the snug fitting of the product is awful as well! Very dissatisfied! I recommend the old product rather than the new making of the first set.
