my wife uses it while working and finds it works very well for her on the job. personally i would not want something around my neck but she loves it...so to each their own. easy to use and charge and store away. flexible and lightweight. she likes the blue color. hard to lose unlike the small ear bluetoothes. so its a winner.

Was a Christmas gift. It's clear and no background noise. Since he has an LG phone he had no problems syncing up.

I love the pink color I got. I get so many complements on this thing. Sometimes my bf can still hear background noises when we talk, so it's not 100% noise canceling. Still good. It's just a little hard to press the answer/hang up button. It's not labeled so I don't know where to press. I still use my phone because it's faster. I am old school so I got impatient with that part. Great product and serves it's purpose.

light weight around your neck. I like the way the product vibrates I have a hearing problem the ringer on my I phone..
