Great sound quality and color

Overall disappointment

does not meet expectations

I have not found anything online as to this problem. I would like to know if others experience this problem.

This one is great giving me the option of having just one ear bud in or both. Also the around the neck design allows me to keep it under the collar of my work shirt so it is inconspicuous.
