Hated this didn't last very long at all so glad I got the warranty . Just bad all the way around worked ok for the first 2 months or so after that... forget it.

These headphones are one item I didn't know I couldn't live without. I would recommend blue tooth headphones to anyone, especially if you're on the go. Great for exercising or just talking on the phone in the car. Very comfortable.

This headset is extremely lightweight and allows me to work with both of my hands while I'm talking on the phone or just listening to music. Very user friendly.

I happily purchased this to replace a previous one that was old and beat up. The one I replaced was model 5150, the new one is 5160 because the other model seems to be gone. It was the same cost. On the older model the microphone was clear. On the new one all my friends say it is muffled, so I left messages on my own home phone with the new and old ones. The message was clear when using the old set, and unintelligible when using the new one. I plan to return it to Best Buy tomorrow.

These are great for my daughter when she's driving. There is a little muffling of her voice if she turns her head while talking. Better than a ticket, though!

Less than 30 days after purchase the item failed to work. They would not charge after being on the charger for over 24 hours. And of course since I did not purchase Best Buy's extended warranty, the store refused to exchange the item for another pair. Now I have to ship them back to LG and wait for them to send me another pair. Poor Best Buy experience and poor LG workmanship. I should have bought a cheap pair at the flea market, then I would have known what I was getting up front.

Purchased as a gift, beyond satisfied! This was purchased as a birthday gift for my husband, he uses this everyday at home and work. His mom is hard of hearing and we let her use them to hear television programs on occasion, she can not believe what a difference they make.

This headset is my first and although I don't have anything to compare it to, it works great. It even vibrates when you get a call, and my usual commute just got better without the long, tangly earphones cord.

They moved the mic & now all you get is background noise despite the fact this P@S is SUPPOSED to have noise cancelling capabilities. My hubs has had a version of the tone since I don't know when & this is the 1st one I can honestly say WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!?? If the dog had not eaten the ear buds off the old one he LOVED we never would have had to buy this P@S please don't do it there is NO way to get around all the noise even with settings & it's BAD!

I walk six days a week 6 miles each day and have used my headset each day with excellent results. Quality Sound, Bluetooth connectivity easy w/ iPhone 6 Plus, and all switch buttons are accessible easily. I have thoroughly enjoyed using my devise this past two months.

This device gives me the versatility to be used as a stereo headset as well as a device for my phone.

The price was good and well worth it, however I have not received any email from the extended Warranty that I have paid for.. Can you help.

Works great ! and the color is nice. I haven't had any problems with mine. I actually bought one for my guys birthday he is enjoying it too !

I like it. I wish it it would say answer or ignore when the phone rings so I could automatically answer it. It is great listening to music

I love the new look and design of these. It is a great upgrade. The quality is also great. You can see and feel the difference between these and the first ones. It will be exciting to see if and what kind of an upgrade they can come up with to replace these.

This is a good headset. The only problem is that the earbuds don't stay in the headset for storage and tend to flop around when not in use

Worker great, buy one side stopper working and I didn't have receipt. Manufacturer agreed to replace it, but I couldn't find receipt.

searching for a replacement for my lg tone +, tried a couple of the newer model LG tones....returned them both, looking for another tone +
