Three weeks after I purchased the head phones the battery does not hold a charge. I try to return it to Best Buy and I was told that since I did not purchase the extended warranty I have to go through LG's warranty service which is probably going to take forever. Just one week after the 14 day return period battery dies. Do not buy this head phones!

Some what happy with the product. Only thing that has went wrong is one side has very low volume.

Too much background noise and the placement of the mic makes it hard for people to hear clearly

Not overly impressed sound quality is poor if at all. Takes 5 minutes for it to pick up to just hearable. Phone calls are just as bad.

I have a pair already and decided to get a pair for my sister who had a cheap pair that wasn't working after 90 days. She loves them.

I like them, they're great! They could've made the clip that hold them together stronger.

While these worked great while they lasted, one ear went out less than a month later and then the other ear started going out a week later. I was very gentle with these and only used them for work purposes. As I was looking for a new pair, I saw a man returning the more expensive version. He said he was on his 4th pair for the same reasons.

Works fine but I have my discrepencies about the volume and noise cancellation for headset.

They're not loud enough for me and bass is close to decent

We have other models of these in the family, but we are at about 6weeks since purchasing and the left doesn't work. Disappointed

I use this mostly in the car and when I'm working outside. It keeps my hands free but still allows me to hear sounds around me.

It has decent range, however if your phone is blocked by your body the signal is terrible.

I own 2 pair. Comfortable and the volume is great. Works well with my phone and IPod.

Only issue is that it seems like you have to be pretty close to your phone to have clear reception. Otherwise, great product.

I only bought this Bluetooth because it was blue and the same brand as my phone. I think these bluetooths are made for men only.

Nothing special, clear and sharp sound when listening to music. Seems heavy at times.

If I leave a room it disconnects, I have to remember to keep my phone in my pocket.

I purchased my first Bluetooth headset about two years ago, they are very convient for me, while at home and at work.

So far great product, only been using 1 month. I like the quality of the product.
