Headset just okay

There is a lot of feedback and the earpiece falls out all the time. The sound is great as long as the device is right next to you. I wish I had read some reviews on this product before purchasing it.

I have been told that it sounds like I'm speaking in a tunnel. It also lose signal from my belt clip. How does that happen? The ear attachments feel as if you are deep sea diving. I don't think I am going to give this brand another try?
