This is my 3rd pair of this family of headphones. I lost my first pair and because i loved them, i bought another of the same. But they died 11 months after getting them. Took them back to the store and since i paid 12 bucks for product replacement...i picked up what i thought was another pair. It was a different generation that did not work as well. They didn't vibrate when a call came in and the sound quality was awful.

Several people had problems hearing me especially if my car windows were down but a lot of times in other 'perfect' situations

This product is not very good, stop working after several workout. Won't pair nor connect.

Not a real bad Item. Wasn't real satisfied, lots of background noise.......returned

Was looking for BT headphones to workout in and these seem to be less for working out more for business or easy listening!

I bought these to listen to stuff at work - just going 5 feet from my desk, and it would cut out. I had the older version of these, and loved them, so thought I would be impressed with the newer version. I'm not impressed at all. In fact, I returned them and will just keep using my older version 'til they totally die on me!

Decent audio quality. Calls are easy to handle. The mic can sound muddled at times, but overall worth the price point.

loved these. fit great under my motorcycle helmet which was their primary use. sounded great, battery life was pretty good, overall excellent headphones. Lasted just under 2 years, but i warrantied for the tone ultra+. only dislike is having the wire dangling free. ultra+ were game changers there.

no one could hear me due to they heard everything in the background and complaints that I was echoing ..I returned them

It is very durable the only thing that I do not like is that the ear buds hang would love it if they were retractable

It was great at first. But quickly the sound stopped in the left ear than a couple weeks later the right went out.

Pretty. But not as good as the older version. I like the older bc it's rounded so feels better around the neck.

Worked well for first two weeks then one of the headphones died, and then the other one stoppped working.

Have owned number of LG products over the years and never been disappointed until now. 3 weeks after purchase, unit failed on one side. LG return process is slow and aggrevating. Six exchanges of digital files of proof of purchase, addresses, intelligible phone calls, and 3 weeks later, I still have a broken bluetooth... Hope springs eternal should not be a warranty program...

The sound quality on this product is not very good. I am looking to purchase a different brand from someone else.

I returned this item about two weeks after I purchased it. The earbuds were not comfortable for long wearing.

Had these less than a month and I cant hear a phone call. Radio is extremely low. Taking these back today!

This is my second set of ear buds by LG...the first set short out quite fast. I will not be buying again.

I probably would rate it 5 stars if it paired with my iPhone too, but it does not live up to its promise.
