This was bought for my husband when he's talking to me while driving I hear air and his voice is not clear. He has returned this 3 times because the left ear piece stopped working.

This product is marginal at best at handling phone calls. No one seems to hear me clear enough to actually carry on a conversation without switching off the headset.

I changed it cuz my old lgs weren't holding up the charge and was bummed to c that they had these out I thought the new one would be better but I miss my old ones

i had the older model of these headphones but sadly after 2 years of usage they broke. Those had the best quality, but then i bought this pair. the range sucks,sounds is terrible, ill be looking for another pair and use these as a backup. sad part of this story is that while i had these in my hand in the store another customer warned me about how bad this product was. lesson learned!

People I talked to complained so much that they couldn't hear me that I just bought a different brand of headset.

This item is just ok. One of the earbuds stopped working after a couple of months! The earbuds would not stay in the port kept wrapping around my neck.

Too low volume for what I needed. Might work fine for others, but not for use with talking over laptop.

I bought this and 3months after the right side stop working, the same happen to the ones I bought before this. They are not good anymore

I have to take this one back as the left side ear piece is not working well, compare to the right side ear piece it is about 1/2 as loud.

I got this headphones to be able to watch TV without disturbing my family. Headset is light and easy to operate. I paired them with a wireless bluetooth transmitter. They connected easily and the sound is great! There is a bit of delay but is negligible. Wife is very happy, I am very happy. Great product. I was about to buy the next best model but I really don't see this one lacking anything.

Worked for a few weeks. Afterwards, the sound quality using the blue tooth is poor. Callers cannot understand what I am saying.

A this headset less than a month and the left speaker started going out. This happened with another LG headset I had as well.

The speakers don't sound very good and the phone connection is not clear. Also, the plastic seems cheap and not very sturdy.

I don't like the fact that the earpieces don't retract into headset and the do not stay attached to magnet when not in ear

For the price it was good but eventually having it a for a while the speaker starts to wear off that you can't hear?

One side of my ear plugs went out. Also, i am Not able to download the app that makes using voice commands easier.

Poorly made. Hearing goes out frequently. Only good thing is that my insurance lets me receive a free replacement

This product does not allow free use of your hands for incoming calls. I would suggest a higher end product.

I had to return this device three times due to the volume going out.

I bought this headset less than a month ago, and the right earbud is not working anymore. There hasn't been any type of damage to it, and I'm very careful with all of my electronic devices. I will be switching to another headset, and regret buying this one. I contacted their customer service department, and they were horrible.
