They are not comfortable and if you sweat at all the plugs fall out your ear...

ear buds keep falling out because of the cheap magnets they use.

I have had to return these at least 3 times...when I asked the cashier did they have a substitute she stated they did but it was 129.00 and that they discontinued the ones I have because they were so bad...so now I'm left with these horrible headset that continuously goes down in price.

Quite frequently the headset will say it's out of range and it's pairing with my phone in my shirt pocket. Also a number of people have told me that it's hard to hear or understand me when my Bluetooth is turned on.

I am the kind of person who takes extra care of my belongings. That being said I bought this item in June and it is now November and the left earplug keeps going in and out. I don't know why that is other then the quality. It looks great though.

This headset worked well in the car but when my husband was in the semi I couldnt hear him at all. If your not a truck driver it's a great buy otherwise it has too much background noise. Had to return this device.

As others have said the noise reduction sometimes isn't the best if you are driving. People can hear the wind. Definitely have to speak up and clearly. Sits comfortably on the neck. Wasn't hard to get used to having them on. So far about 8 hours battery life. I am able to listen to music at work. The distance from the set to the phone could be better. Overall would buy again. Been using them for a week now.

The reception comes and goes. When I have incoming calls it doesn't always sync with my phone. I am very frustrated with this product. I don't use it that often because it sucks

Cheap junk has already broke and Best Buy would not even honor Exchange I am now going through LG website for support or exchange not the service I would expect from Best Buy

This thing went Tango Uniform on me after about a week. Buttons stopped working. A previous LG Bluetooth headset tried to fry my ear off. Pick another brand.

Shorted out after only 30 days. Worked great up until then.!! Buyer beware, this product won't last long!

This headset fits perfectly around my neck and it doesn't get turned around often (unless I'm wrestling around with it on). The sound quality is excellent however the buds are a little large for my ears so even when I get them to fit, just moving around a bit they loosen and fall out of my ear.

It makes no sense to pay this amount and the headset went bad twice and now I have to send them to company in order to get repair.

Most people can't hear me because of the position of the microphone. It is on the inside pressed against your neck.

These headphones broke on me in a week and Best Buy refused to exchange them. I don't recommend these

Stay away sound quality it horrible. Feels cheap and sounds like dollar store ear buds.
