I initially bought these a couple of days ago. The sound quality is up to par. However the device itself in terms of connectivity is horrible. Every time I would put my head down on certain occasions and my check rest over the device it'll say out of range. Not only that, whenever I'm in the car and the phone is in the passenger seat the same problem. Another problem was sweat I went for a run and the device itself kept turning on and off by itself. But ultimately the battery lasted a very long time for about 3 days under normal use. However after charging it once the battery lasted two hours the most, now it doesn't even turn back on.

Works very well. Clarity is pretty good and controls are simple to use. Even fits under my Shoei Neotec Helmet and I can still here the music while riding. Normally the ear buds tend to fall off as I slide the helmet on, these fit well and snug.

I love the design idea behind this headset, but there's clearly something wrong with the actual implementation. I've had them for a couple of months now, and continue to have intermittent issues with audio quality when listening to an audio book, music, or podcast. I've not observed the issue at all when using the headset for a phone call, although to be fair I don't use it for calls very often. When the problem occurs, the audio gets very choppy. Sometimes it almost sounds like a scratched CD skipping around. I normally have this headset around my neck, and my phone in either my front pants pocket or clipped to my belt, so it's no more than 3-4' away from the headset when the problem occurs. If I take the phone in hand and pull it up to about chest height, or ~1' from the headset, the audio plays normally, but as soon as I begin to lower it back towards my pocket or belt the problem usually returns. I've had this issue occur at home, at work, in the car, and when walking outdoors, so it doesn't seem to be tied to a specific environmental factor. The strange thing is that the headset may work perfectly well for a day or a few days, then start having issues so much that I can't even use them for a day or two. This issue never occurs when using wired headphones. I contacted LG support, and they said I should mail the headset in for repair/replacement. I was going to, but instead I took the first pair of HBS-760 headphones back to best buy and exchanged them. I had hoped I just got a defective pair originally, but the new set behaved the same way. This made me think the issue was in my iphone 6 and not the headset. To test that, I paired the headset with another phone I have, a Lumia 635. The issue continued to occur when listening to audio books over bluetooth from the Lumia. That rules out a problem related to my specific iphone 6 or to ios in general. This headset is great when it works, but when the problem starts, I may as well put them away for at least a few hours, as it keeps happening for a while and they are useless to listen to anything until it goes away.

if you wan ta great wireless head set, this is it easy to pair, sound is just perfect, base is ok I think is great for sports listening to music, battery last a long time the only bad thing is the wires, they are kind of thin, so if you pull them they might break, mine still working since I got it

This is by far the best Bluetooth I have ever purchased. I think for sound it rivals Bose.

I love this headset. I use it for talking on the phone as well as listening to music or when I want to lay in bed and watch Netflix. The sound quality is good and the battery life is excellent.

I had a previous model, which after several use of use (including a fair amount of rough handling) finally broke. (It actually would have been fairly easy to repair, had I not tried to do so in a hurry, and in the dark). Anyway, I love this one even more! I love that the Indicator light is on the side, where it is less intrusive. I love the voice startup, which let's me know battery status. The only thing I am not so sure about os the primary buttons. Where they are flat and flush, it can be a little difficult finding them sometimes. A minor issue though, really.

The headphones get the job done but doesn't buds don't stay put. Ear buds continue to fall out of my ear and I've tried all sizes.

Researched many before purchasing. This product represents the best value for money headset on the market. Great sound and user friendly controls

Started off with these and lost them trying on clothes while shopping. Started ordering cheaper versions online, but they were nowhere as good as these! They've never went out on me and were well worth the $55 I spent on them! I love that I can listen to music while exercising without getting tangled in cords!

This is a very good Bluetooth headset. Easy to connect and gives great flexibility. Sound quality is very clear and very good

Good sound quality when listening to music, but has a bad echo problem when I use it to have a phone conversation I'm sure it not my phone because I have used others headsets with no problems. I did reinstall Bluetooth but it did not help. I will return it and get another one to see if I have better luck.

I Loved my LG TONE 750. I returned a pair purchased in Dec 2014 after the right ear piece volume became extremely low. I received the newly improved 760 on 11/7/15. On 11/15/15, I exchanged them again because of low volume in the right ear.I read reviews that recommended ensuring proper ear fit. That didn't improve the volume. I love the design of the LG tones. The 760 leave a bit to be desired. The magnets attract everything but the ear buds. Today is 11/23 and I am headed to Best Buy for a full refund. You guessed it, low volume, this time both ears. I'm grateful for being talked into the protection plan.

I have a hard time juggling my briefcase, books and phone all at the same time on both the subway and while walking. This was exactly what I needed. Clear tone, hearing and talking.

Great sound clarity while listening to music as well as during phone calls. Microphone is definitely one of the worst features. Opposite calling or called party complains they either can't hear me even after turning their volume up, or that my voice is distorted and they Can't understand me
