After purchasing a headset for a family member only for it to stop working a month later. I finally found this one through best buy and purchased 2 and love it. Not had one problem with them, the sound quality is excellent!

The great sound quality and the easy of use is why I rated it excellent.

I bought theses for my wife. She needed new headphones due to her losing her other ones. I bought theses knowing that she can have them on her neck and wouldn't be able to lose these. She loves them! She loves the Bluetooth function and can talk on these with them just on her neck! She says she would recommend them for anyone

Very comfortable, good sound and great battery life.

I was attracted to the color of this headset and the price was relatively reasonable as headsets go. It has worked well for a few months, but I find that every few months I have to have them replaced because one or both ear pieces stopped working. This latest one has begun to spontaneously reboot. Not sure what that's all about, but it can't be good. I will keep this one as long as the hand-dandy Best Buy Warranty will keep allowing me to replace it. After that, I will see if I can find something a little more durable.

I've been walking the treadmill at work watching TV on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (also got at Best Buy) and had been using a normal headset with a cord, having wireless ones, I'm in heaven! Will never go back to corded headphones again!

The sound is very low and I am unable to get the sound back to normal levels. They worked fine for the first two weeks and now this sound issue has made them unusable.

Finally a bluetooth headset that I don't have to have stuck in my ear all the time. Not only that, but it talks to me and let's me make calls by voice. The damned thing is probably smarter then I am, but it's kind enough not to tell so.

Elegant design, looks great. Good sound. Only complaint is that it jumps a bit when running. I wear it everywhere else.

I have been using the LG Tone series earphones for almost 4 years now. This is my third purchase of an LG Tone earphone. Comfortable earphones with good music quality. I use the earphones while running as well as at work.

I like this wireless headset a lot and I have gone through quite a few of these over the years. My only complaint is that when not in use, the ear buds do not stay in place leaving them dangling around my neck. I preferred the retractable ear buds over these. They do look nice when they aren't dangling and the sound quality is good.

Got this one to replace an older model. They are by far the most comfortable headsets I have tried. Great sound and integration with music and phone calls.

These head phones work great until they dont. A few months after getting them, the sound goes down to half the decibels. You feel like you are losing your hearing because it is so low. Aside from this, good headphones.

I personally thinks it's a good product. Very easy to use!!
