I had a warranty exchange from the old version of this because I wore it out. The new upgraded version has a way sorter bluetooth range. It disconnects w the phn sitting right next to me. This is my 2nd exchange and still no change. The magnets are not as strong as the old version and they constantly fall off the magnetic seat. The sounds sound robotic because the bluetooth connection is weak. If u have fat cheeks or chin it will cover the mic if u lean ur head or turn ur head to the left or when u lay down. The mute function now takes 2 hands to activate. I'm switching brands and I been an LG fan for over 4 yrs.

These are great, lightweight and easy to pair. Battery life is awesome. I can wear them all day while working and not notice them. Call clarity is great

Happy with this headset. My husband was about to try a cheaper knockoff. He loves the quality and light weight.

Both times that I bought these they gave out in less than a day. The first time the earbud was damaged and the second time the volume cut to where it was barely audible. Do not recommend

I bought these to use at the gym. They were great when I was sitting idle at home but once I went on the elliptical, i would hear an echo every time I took a step from the piece on the back of my neck. I returned them immediately.

Earbuds are awesome!! Battery stayed charged for 3 days and still going strong!

Returned ASAP! Volume for music was OK but when I took a call, I could hardly hear the person on the other end. One side went out after one week. Poor quality.

Nice light-weight headset. I forgot I was wearing them.

This is my second LG Headset, I lost the first set in a bet. :) I highly recommend this headset for talking on your cell phone handsfree. If you have the extra bit to spend I recommend the retractable earbuds. However overall- great product, comfort, style, colors, etc.

Purchased for my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge because tired of wired headphones ripping out after being caught on something. Two main issue with these are: 1) sound quality horrible; can barely hear the sound with all turned up to max on the headphones and with max out volume on S7. 2) When using buttons on headset, repeatedly repeats vibrate off nonstop. im going to try the LG HBS-900 instead.

I love my lg tones. Easy to set up and a breeze to use. You must get the warrenty. Well just in case. Id rather exchange in the store than ship them to lg and pray they fix them. Thank you best buy

In September 2015 i purchased 10 sets for my business .Thank God I purchased the warranties because I had to return 4 of them within the first month. Now I have to return another one because one of the ear plugs stop working.

I bought these today. Within 15 minutes the sound died in the left ear. I took them back and bought a second pair and the exact same thing happened. These headphones have issues.

I purchased the blue ones to wear at work to listen too books, i have had them about 3 months and have had to return them about every 2 weeks, because one of the headphone quits working they replaced them everytime

Sound quality was poor, no base response, sounded like I was listening thru tin cans. I wanted to use it with two different devices, would only connect to one of them. Ended up returning the headphones.

Shoulder Pain no more! This has helped out a lot with all my pain.

2 different sets in 7 days both sets the right earbud went out....I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy...id stay away from this product at all costs!!!
