Sound quality is pretty good. I was hesitant on this style because you have to have the earbuds in the ear in order to hear but they work pretty well. The earbuds do have a tendency to fall out of the magnetic holder at the end. That is the only negative I can think of. Oh and sometimes it'll tell you the battery is high but then turn off during a call, in which I'll charge it and it seems fine afterwards.

Good value for the price. I was looking for a blue tooth wireless head phone solution for when I ride but didn't want to invest $200-$300 on a in helmet hardware application. These solved both constraints wireless music and low costs. Volume is kinda low for riding application do to wind noise but just loud enough to hear the music.

These are great sounding headphones. Have been using for about a week with not problems. Cannot tell much difference using the noise canceling feature but haven't tried it in a noisy environment (like mowing the yard). This is the 3rd set of LG headphones our family has had and have never had any problems.

Awesome sound. Phone calls are crisp, and music or videos have a wide range of crystal clear sound. Almost wish I had purchased the retractable earbuds (newer version).

These headphones are awesome! I bought them for my husband who is a truck driver and the noise cancelation really drowns out all the other background noise. He can also listen to music on his phone at any time and the controls are right there at the end. I like them so much that I'm buying a pair for myself!

This wireless headset meets all of my requirements for an active person. Perfect for going to the gym. Perfect for traveling and talking on the phonelooking forward to more products for from LG in the future. Thanks for a great experience.

Love the sound quality. I can hear and be heard clearly when talking on the phone. Only draw back is the non-retractable ear bud cables, but I was afraid to try the retractable ones due to reviews of the cords being flimsy and breaking after pulling them out and retracting them in over and over.

I would have gave LG five star only thing ear piece keep falling out my ear. Need more ear pieces with different sizees.

I was looking for something that I could use on the motorcycle that would allow me to use Google Maps while riding. I am able to plug the phone into the battery (battery tender plugs) and listen to the directions while riding down the road. If I know where I'm going I can stream SiriusXM... nice!!

Love them! Whether you use them for hands free driving, hanging by the pool, working out, or to avoid digging your phone out of your marry poppins handbag (my number one reason for purchasing) these Bluetooth headphones are well worth the investment. Comfortable, not flashy, great sound quality.

This device is great. Youre bale to hear the person when you're in a loud setting. Wears comfortably around your neck, where I don't notice it, and easy to use!

Great for using with my phone & laptop. Lightweight, almost too light - I sometimes forget I am wearing them.

This is the third LG Bluetooth I've had and this one is by far the best. The only problem I see is that the ear buds will not stay in the magnetic holder.

I bought these headphones as a Xmas gift for my boyfriend to replace an older model that was falling apart. These seem to be a better quality. He also likes that these verbally let you know that the call has ended. There is no more wondering if the other person is still on the line.

I got these headphones for playing and practicing golf. They have been outstanding. The only thing I would change is I wish they could be a little louder.

Got it for my wife and she likes it but the ear buds are not retractable. She says the sound is great and it makes the verbal commands much easier..

I had the original tones that came out in 2013 and loved them till the earpiece broke but I knew with these tones I was going to love them and so far I have no complaints LG has never failed me if your looking for a headset that's comfortable and user friendly I recommend them.

I love the easy access of theses headphones they are comfortable and the button were easy to learn. And remember. You forget that you are wearing it.

Easy to use and convenient. Now I don't have to dig my phone from the bottom of my purse every time it rings. I am able to multitask more efficiently.
