Had a little problem with voice recognition and connection the first use, but has been great since. Perfect for hands free calls while driving.

I bought this item for my mom for Christmas. It's great for phone calls and music while working out. It was very easy to teach her how to use!

I needed a new Bluetooth for the phone and this unit was on sale during the Holidays. It works well and I do not have any issues for the price

It's a good wireless headset. This is useful when you want to listen music while walking, taking calls on the go and watching videos in the laptop.

Over all not bad. The sound quality is good, mostly, but I keep getting interruptions where the sound cuts in and out while listening to music or audio books downloaded to the phone. Three times now, the headset totally dropped connection with the phone. Once it shut itself off then switched back on a few seconds later. Also, due to the design of the unit it keeps snagging on my lab coat at work and has nearly fallen to the floor several times.

This bluetooth headset is only ok for taking calls; but I wouldn't recommend it for listening to music. The volume doesn't go loud enough to hold phone conversations if you're a truck driver. The ear plugs aren't comfortable; just an average product, all in all. I wouldn't recommend spending $100 on it. Do your homework before buying bluetooth headphones!

I had the lg plus and I loved them but I lost them so i decided to upgrade to these and they're a great improvement better sound and nicer looking

this was a Christmas gift for a friend. He umis a professional driver and lovers wearing these while driving . Sound quality is above the rest

I really enjoy every thing about them great sound comfortable around neck I'm a big guy they really should have made them a bit longer or had a adjustment to make them longer but for the average person that isn't an issue the other thing is when you turn them off make sure you turn off the anc or it will run the battery down and yes they are plenty loud with great bass

I bought these for bike riding to allow me wire fee listening to music - this is perfect and works great for phone calls also! Highly recommend!

Love all the functionality of this phone. It is truly awesome. HOWEVER... the sound quality and volume leave much to be desired. I love this headset for everything that offers and I truly want to keep this. But… I really plan on returning this due to the inability to increase the volume loud enough, and the sound quality is week with no bass. I'm hoping the next version of this fixes these problems, whoch many people complain about in this model.

I was given this head set for hands free use with my smart phone. I was so happy with it that I purchased another to use for webinars and conference calls. It is clear and noise canceling. Once paired it connects quickly and audibly tells you the strength of the battery.

These are very nice sound canceling headphones for the price. Sound quality is very good. Wireless works well and is easy to setup. Storing and traveling with these when not being worn is a nightmare. They really need the optional case of the earbuds have a high risk of being broken.

I enjoy that the head phones give you an alert when you get too far away from your phone. Sometimes people say that they cannot hear me.

Purchased several off brand headsets from eBay that didn't last. Decided to try these, so far so good. Sound quality is so much better.

Sound quality is very good. Noise canceling is good. Does not announce caller info. Message sounds play only through headset when connected.

It was on sale for black Friday so I bought it. I am happy with quality. No problems hearing anyone with phone calls and they hear me with no problems. Music sounds great with these. I love not having to deal with wires when listening to music and working out

I owned lg tone plus before and loved those. Recently I decided to go for an upgrade lg tone ultra. Sound quality for ultra is a tad better though it has an led indicator which is always on whether the headset is on or not. Barring that, it's looking great so far.

Not having a wire to hit with my arm makes this a very good choice for athletic people. I purchased one for my son and Best friend.

I like that its dummy friendly.... I can do a lot with it especially listening to music & the battery last very long with quick charging
